To make your stay even more comfortable, we include in-stay complimentary cleaning! This location is nestled in the heart of one of Denver’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.
The Space:
This spacious 1,600 sq. ft. 2BD/1BA duplex comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Upstairs, you'll find a king and queen bedroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a partially finished basement, two off-street parking spaces, and a fenced backyard — perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Complimentary amenities include:
-Secure 5G Wi-Fi
-YouTube TV
-Washer and dryer
-Central heating and air conditioning

Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date are subject to additional verification requirements. Guests must provide requested information promptly upon booking. This home is a peaceful retreat, not a party spot. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If house rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

We respect your privacy! However, we reserve the right to enter the property for necessary reasons such as maintenance, repairs, emergencies, or if we feel the house rules are not being followed.
🕒 Except in urgent situations, we will give you at least 24 hours’ notice and do our best to coordinate a time that works for you.
🐶 PET POLICY
We are dog-friendly! 🐾 Maximum of 2
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250/month.
A second dog is an additional $125/month.
👶 CHILD SAFETY NOTICE
This home is not childproofed. Guests accept full responsibility for the safety of children and infants on the property.
📅 TRAVEL INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through your airline, car rental company, or a travel insurance provider.
