Esta casa luminosa, espaciosa y confortable tiene todo lo que un huésped podría pedir en una casa de vacaciones. Desde el gran televisor de pantalla plana en el salón a la zona de la piscina fantástica con bañera de hidromasaje con vistas al lago, este hogar lejos de casa también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana grande en el lanai para su placer mientras flotando en la piscina.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, walk-in closet, puerta corredera de cristal a la lanai y una gran televisión. El baño principal tiene una bañera de inmersión, ducha separada, su y su área de lavado y baño privado.



En el lado opuesto de la casa, el segundo y tercer dormitorio cada uno tiene su propia televisión y compartir un baño de tamaño completo con ducha y bañera. Beautiful Location

A bit dated but very functional. A few kinks that were quickly resolved. Great location, property management company was helpful and responsive. Would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was a typical Briarwood; we've rented several over the last 2 years. The pool was smaller than some others, but met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked - we do most of our own cooking. At first, there were no decent beach chairs or an umbrella; but I sent a note to the management company and they bought new chairs and an umbrella that are great. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful neighborhood. Home could use some TLC. Pool leaked water and needed to be filled everyday. Pool Spa was never cleaned. Very comfortable beds. Shower in primary bathroom had mold growing and I was able to clean most off with a towel. Shower was never properly cleaned before arrival. Overall would not recommend.

Place was nice

We absolutely love the neighborhood we were down here last year and stayed right around the corner with the same property management. House and property we're beautiful. Our daughter spent all of her tome in the pool. The only problem we had was the pool man never came by. We were there for 2 weeks sadly the pool turned green. As we were leaving Friday morning the pool man showed up and told us he was on a 2 week vacation. We don't like to complain so we didn't say anything. But other then that we will return in the future.

Very disappointing

When we arrived the property had clearly not been cleaned properly or checked. There were no hairdryers, only a filthy hair tool with someone elses hair in it. There was medication, bandages, other peoples clothes left in drawers. There was a used dirty beer can in the kitchen and there was food in the cupboards with an expiry date of 2021 which given we have been through COVID i find revolting. The towels were filthy and had clearly not been washed. Worse still was that the pool wad starting to turn an unpleasant shade of green. I emailed several times over the weekend with no response and when I called on Monday the response I received was total disinterest. The manager did ask the pool guy to come round and said the pool had been leaking so was fixed Friday and the pool guy should have been round. Upon speaking to him he was never asked to visit Friday and couldn’t have anyway as he was away for the weekend. The manager did not offer to come back to clean or remove all of the items left or bring a hairdryer and did not even apologise. This is the worst experience of a management company I have encountered in all my years visiting the USA.

We loved the location, beautiful neighborhood and proximity to Olde Naples and family. We relaxed in the pool hot tub each day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything but the food and drink. The rooms are spacious and the furniture s comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is in a great location, not far from downtown Naples. The pool is beautiful, and the sauna/hot tub portion of the pool was an added feature. Management was very responsive. The oven stovetop did not work, and when we reported this, a new oven was delivered within 24 hours. The house could use a few updates (screen windows need updating, windows were dirty, no kitchen table - only a dining room table and chairs, only two older wicker chairs at the breakfast bar). The outdoor table and chairs need updating. It would also have been nice if bicycles were included (our prior house rentals in Naples included bikes). However, overall, the house is very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn't see anyone from the administration. There was no key in the box as described. The garage should be cleared out. This is incomprehensible to us as we are renting a complete house and not two beds, so that visitors can stay overnight. Why do I have to strip the beds and put the used towels back in the closet, washed and folded? At $250, this should be included in the cleaning. We are considering renting this house for 2 months in 2025, but only if we don't have to do any laundry or cleaning when we leave. There are plenty of other house providers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we enjoyed our stay with CNE Vacation Rental in Briarwood. This is our 5th stay & we return to CNE's rentals because they are always responsive, caring and quickly help with any issues or concerns. We recommend staying at Briarwood because it has all the features you want in a vacation rental. Let's start with the security gate at subdivision entrance, every guest is checked so we felt safe and secure. The Briarwood homes are amazingly manicured and the streets are clean and easy to navigate. The home we rented had a beautiful, sparkling clean pool & spa and was set at perfect temperature. Behind the house was backed up to a small, peaceful lake with plenty of wildlife including birds, fish, and even little turtles. New interior updates included master bed set, remodeled showers, and modern décor that brought the beach vibe indoors. The home has nearly everything you need: bath & beach towels, kitchen utensils, glasses, cookware, cleaning supplies, washer & dryer. Chairs, floaties and coolers to take to the beach. Briarwood is a 10-minute drive to downtown Naples 5th Avenue and the Naples beach. Great places to visit or things to do in Naples: Tin City for unique boardwalk shops and dining, Naples Princess cruises to the Gulf, Naples Pier for amazing sunsets, Bice for Italian fare with homemade pasta, Sails or Swann River for fresh Seafood, and Whiskey Park for great bar food, drinks and pool tables. Briarwood is approximately 30-40 minutes to Bonita Springs, Marco Island and Fort Myers Airport, it's the perfect location. We have had wonderful experiences in all the CNE Briarwood homes we have rented for vacation. We look forward to many more years of staying in CNE's Briarwood homes for our yearly Naples vacations.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental 3 times. The house is OK but tired and in need of attention. The first thing you see is the front door. It’s filthy and the blinds on the inside of it are also really dirty and in need of replacement. Not a good start! The pool tiles are broken in places, the outside is generally a bit scruffy. The towels provided are old and need to be replaced - some have holes in them. The pillows were also old and smelly and definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen is not well appointed at all and has the same mish-mash of old glasses from when we were there in 2019! The dryer was extremely inefficient and there is a large hole in the door leading into the garage from outside. We had excellent and responsive service from Kim when we had a couple of issues with the access code and AC. My opinion is that the rental for this house is too high - it should be reduced to reflect its condition. Had I known the house was in a poor state of repair, I would have rented another as it did not reflect value for money at all. We have rented in Briarwood over 20 times and usually the houses are really well appointed and maintained. Despite the niggles about the house, we love Briarwood and made good use of the community pools and tennis courts. We will be back, just not to this house!

House was not up to the standard we have rented in the past at Briarwood. Pool had a leak and the filter was not working correctly because the water was down. Pool person came on Monday and filled it and informed us of the slow leak. The two lamps in the living room, had not light bulbs. Third bedroom had a tv that did not work and did not have a cable box. Bath towels were worn. A few of them had holes. Rug in living room had the edges all curled up, a major trip hazard. We had to tape the rug down while we were staying there in order to not trip. Windows were dirty - some of the screens were ripped. I have enjoyed working with CNE Vacation rentals but I would not rent this particular house again.

Paradise in Naples

Property was exactly what we expected just like photos. The property managers CNE were a pleasure to communicate with and addressed any of our concerns promptly. We enjoyed our stay at this home and will rent again.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time! There are so many things to do for all ages. Fishing in the back yard. Lemon tree to make fresh lemonade! Beach volleyball and a basketball court down the street. Relaxing in the hot tub! All of the home necessities to make our stay perfect. Very close to beaches and shopping. The property managers, Kim and Nicole were wonderful! We'll definitely be back.

Great House!

Great house, we would definitely recommend it. The whole neighborhood is beautiful and gated, and close to everything. The house has a big driveway, nice layout, and has all the necessary basic equipment. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool, which was on the smaller side due to the hot tub embedded in it, however enough space for a family of four, and the tub was nice. The pool light wasn’t working during our stay—we let the management know towards the end of our stay (late June), so it’s probably already fixed by now. The best part was that the house was EXCEPTIONALLY clean when we arrived, practically spotless. If you go grocery shopping prior to check-in, make sure to grab all the household supplies right away, including paper products and trash bags. Overall, great stay!

Nice house, pool and amenities

We really enjoyed our stay and made good use of the outside spaces. The house was adequately stocked with basic necessities, but keep in mind that you might need to buy your own bathroom tissues, soap, garbage bags, etc. Common areas were well maintained and we would not hesitate to come back some other time.
