¡Villa Gumonca es una villa costera de 6 dormitorios de diseño exclusivo con piscina infinita climatizada y terrazas de 250m2 con vista al mar, ubicada a pocos metros de la playa! Ofreciendo un alto nivel de servicio personalizado, lujosamente equipado y rodeado de jardines ecológicos, este es un lugar para el verdadero bienestar ...

Nuestra villa está situada en la isla de Brac, en el tranquilo pueblo de Mirca, a pocos metros de la playa. La villa cuenta con más de 320 m² de interiores decorados con muebles diseñados y amplias áreas al aire libre que ofrecen fabulosas vistas al mar y al continente. La villa consta de una casa principal y un anexo para invitados que están conectados con porches y terrazas. En la casa principal hay 4 dormitorios con baños en suite, aseo adicional con lavadero, amplia sala de estar, comedor y cocina abierta. El anexo de invitados tiene 2 dormitorios más, 2 baños y cocina gourmet adicional.
El área al aire libre junto al mar cuenta con un gran patio con techo sobre pilares de piedra, que brinda sombra sobre una mesa de comedor para 14 personas, un área de terraza con varias tumbonas y una piscina climatizada de 24 m². La villa está rodeada de jardines y tiene acceso directo a una bonita playa de guijarros. En nuestro huerto de vegetales orgánicos, los huéspedes pueden elegir vegetales frescos de temporada y hierbas mediterráneas.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen ... ein super Ort mit super Pool und Strand. Zimmer , Ausstattung etc alles toll. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Villa

Incredible villa in perfect location, ideal for large groups with 5 star service from owners.

We just spent a memorable week at Villa Gumonca with my family and 4 other families all with kids under the age of 6. The Villa itself is perfect for large groups and couldn't be more beautiful inside and out. It is equipped with anything and everything you could think of from high chairs, ample deck chairs, laundry equipment etc etc. Just think 5 * hotel and you are on the right track. Every room is like a separate apartment with outdoor living space, lots of room and a separate bathroom. The BBQ and main outdoor eating area is incredible with the pool and many decks being even better than the pictures in real life with sunset views that cannot be forgotten. Only topping the Villa is its location. A short private boat from the airport (45 min - I highly recommend Tamaris Charters) and you arrive at quiet and beautiful Mirca with the Villa just back from the beach with a full working farm plot where you are invited to pick fresh produce to prepare at the house. The water in the mornings is so still and glassy that I will remember my morning swims for a long time to come. The villa is close to Supertar and other nice port towns like Sultivan which we enjoyed.The beach is never busy and at night all you can hear is the conversation flowing after a few bottles of the great local wine! Only topping the villa and the location was the service provide by Sanja, the property manager. From my 1000 emails pre arrival to our numerous and strange requests during the stay, nothing was a problem and she would always respond fast and with a smile. The service is the real wow factor of staying here. From a car driving your luggage the short distance to the villa, to the delicious fig pie greeting us on arrival to the amazing catered feasts we enjoyed a couple of times on the island, Sanja is to be congratulated for making this trip so memorable for my family and the other families who travelled from different parts of the world to enjoy a special week in Croatia. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best holidays they had ever had so thanks again!

Wonderful place

We stayed 4 families here in July and we loved it. Absolutely top notch place with great furnishings and a wonderful, helpful host. The place is in a perfect location, with a short distance to the small village of Supetar, located in a quiet part of the small coastal village, and with only a few meters to the local beach. You can literally take two steps from the garden to the sea.... The garden is available for the guests, and it's really a treeat to pick fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs, especially if you enjoy cooking. Excellent dinners can be made for the guests and served on the terrace for you on demand. The kids loved the place too, and the pool was a huge success. There are a lot of nice restaurans a short car ride away, (and some within walking distance) and a very convenient way to get to them is to go by taxi. We were often 11-13 people in a big taxi van, going off to restaurants and other places in the viscinity. ( I can especially recomment the restaurant Konoba Ranjak up in the hills) In all, an absolutely fantastic place, and we all hope to come back.

As good as the pictures, modern well-provisioned villa, extremely dedicated host, lots of own fruit and vegetables, great cycling on the island, Brac in the Adriatic is some the clearest warmest water in the world.

The most incredible place I have stayed.

We could not have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect. A group of 11 of us stayed in the villa and each one of us was totally in awe of the villa, it has absolutely everything you need from the beautiful terrace with sea views to the large outdoor dining area and the garden path to the clear sea. There was really no need to leave as we could even pick fruit and veg from the gardens. Sanja was so helpful with everything and made our stay memorable. I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back myself!

Beautiful villa in a quiet, little village

The pictures do not do the villa justice, as it was much more spacious than we initially imagined. We were a group of nine and we had the maximum amount of comfort. A cozy little beach is right in front of the villa (20m away), and we had no need to search for other ones. The villa was clean and well maintained by the inconspicuous staff (cleaning personnel, gardener as well as the pool serviceman). Sanja was always close-by to the villa and helpful in any and all issues, from daily villa issues (fridge broke, was fixed fast) to taking our whole group to experience the night-life in Supetar. We warmly recommend the villa to any group wanting a comfortable retreat, away from city noise. The only complaint we had was the slow internet connection at the villa, which was not Sanja's fault, but the fault of the internet service provider. Sanja was aware of the problem and she informed us after our trip that the connection speed was finally increased by the provider.

Fantastic house, and service!

We were 3 families staing at the house, with a total of 5 kids, ranging from 1-8 years old. The kids had a fantastic time at the hous. Lots of space, great pool, and a fantastic view. Everything about the house was great. It was clean, nice kitchen area, lots of bedrooms, and our host was very proactive and helpful. Our host helped us with everything, and even joined us the the emergency room when one of the kids were sick. We had a great stay! We highly recommend a stay in this villa!

Beautiful villa and excellent host

We had a fantastic stay here. The villa was perfect, 5 excellent bedrooms and bathrooms and a very good kitchen. The outside space was also perfect, just as it looks in the pictures. The location is wonderful, just metres from the beach. We had hour of fun swimming in the sea and jumping off the jetty. Sanja was a excellent host. She arranged luxury transfers for us at a low cost and was there to greet us when we arrived. Anything else we wanted, she sorted quickly and easily, like hiring bicycles which were delivered to the villa, and picked up the next day. The local area is very small, a shop 10 minutes walk away for basic supplies and a restaurant and bar. The restaurant did fantastic pizzas (1 min walk away) but stopped serving on the Thursday because of the end of season (September 21st). That wasn't a problem, we were happy to eat in every day after that, or take a 10 minute taxi to the Town of Supetar with numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this villa for a group of friends (We were 5 couples, aged 28-40) or just a couple with a larger budget. Everything is exactly as it seems on the details. Although it often looked too good to be true on the details, it really is like that. And the weather in September was still very hot, perfect for sitting by the pool all day.

Villa Gumonca: the best thing in the island!

We stayed at the end of Aug 2010. 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic. A beautiful view and a modern and pleasant decor. Sanja is an amazing host. You can totally relax and enjoy a great vacation even without ever leaving the villa. The dining in the villa (organized by Sanja at a small premium) is probably the best you can find in the island (we tried a few restaurant and then decided to dine always in the villa). I personally didn't enjoy Brac that much (cold sea water, weather not particularly pleasant, no sand beaches, average food quality and cheap wine/beer) but if you don't mind these small drawbacks (quite common in Croatia) then this IS THE PLACE to STAY.

We have been working in tourism and hospitality for many years, but most importantly, island of Brac is our home and we are passionate about sharing our love for it with our guests and friends. After some years of living in a big city, I now live full time in Mirca and will be happy to share my firsthand local knowledge with you!
