THINGS TO KNOW
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club consists of five buildings located on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of each room number corresponds to the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not have Gulf views. Building 3 provides a panoramic view of the Gulf, while Buildings 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
