Welcome to this charming Kona Islander Inn hotel in Kailua-Kona. This delightful property features a studio with a queen bed, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, and amenities like AC, Tv, WiFi, Microwave, Coffee maker, utensils, iron and a lanai over looking the pool and tropical landscape. Guests can also take advantage of the pool, hot tub and coin laundry on-site. It is located in the middle of many restaurants, some right on the ocean and within walking distance so that you don't need to drive. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

Great Condo

Location was great, condo was clean. Host was had good communication. I left some clothes at condo, I contact host and they responded right away. Would stay again.

Great apartment!

Nice apartment, location is great with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Property is clean with the facilities such as swimming pool. The check in experience is smooth.

Final days in Hawaii

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is centrally located and within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and other amenities. It is also close to the airport. The unit we rented was old but had everything we needed. There is no sink in the bathroom-you use the kitchen sink for everything.

Everything about the location, unit was great except parking. Had I known more passes are issued than spots and it could be an issue I would have walked to dinner. I drove and ended up parking almost as far as the restaurant on the street. I just needed to know

Cute and Cozy

We had a great time me and my daughter, we were out most of the time. The Condo was clean although it’s a bit hot when we first got in and have some musty smell, but it was clean, the only thing was we didn’t have hot water the first day we took shower, we contacted the owner and it was taken care right away and we found a couple of roaches, other than that it was overl a good, convenient walk through Ali’i drive where many bar and restaurants, the whole property needs a general clean up though! Thank you and we surely will be back!!! From Florida

A great break from winter in north Idaho.

No complaints other than the obvious parking problem which causes a great deal of angst when getting back late in the evening and no place anywhere close to park one’s vehicle.A minor inconvenience having to share one sink for both the bathroom and the kitchen.

Kona Stay April 1 -- April 4

I have stayed at this property several times and have always had good experiences. I enjoyed being in the front building. The only caveat is the parking situation -- I always plan my arrival for check in time and I don't leave the property in the evenings -- there are plenty of places to eat and shop walking distance from the property. I feel uneasy leaving a rental car on the street, so I just don't leave after I have gotten back from the days activities -- usually scuba diving.I'm not a "resort" person -- I just want a clean, convenient place to stay and I appreciate not having to pay for services that I don't use.

Perfect Spot For My Husband's and My Honeymoon

This was a charming little studio with a little kitchenette and a small bathroom. I appreciated that it was clean and was furnished minimally, but aptly. As others have posted in their reviews there is only one sink, so you have to wash your hands in the kitchen and there is a little hotplate to do your cooking. So don't plan on making anything too elaborate, but it suited my husband's and my needs wonderfully. The ambiance was total relaxed tropical vibes and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We were able to walk to so many places from where we were. My husband loved the hot water that lasted a good amount of time during his showers and I loved the air conditioning that was so needed after adventuring in the sun. The host was quick to get back to us if we had any questions and was very pleasant to work with. Overall I'd say that our stay was spectacular.

Great location!

Stayed 4 nights with my sister on her business trip. Close to everything you would want to do! We were extremely tired right after checking in and had some silly questions, but he was quick to answer and pleasant about it! Small, but great for 2 people.

We grew up in Southern California in a beach community. My family would vacation here and realized that we enjoyed the slower pace and year around warmth that Hawaii offers. So we made the move here 13 years ago and now have this great studio to share with guests to see what we found here. So when you book with us you are helping to support the local economy and not some big corporation. We are also on island to help you with any questions you might have about the island or local attractions.

We chose this condo because it is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay with a tropical landscape setting. It is located across the street from the ocean and beach and is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. Some of the restaurants have seating right at the edge or above the water.

They say that the three most important things about a property are location, location and location. In my opinion there is no better location for a condo on the Island then right in the heart of Kona Town.
