Great Place to stay!!!

We highly recommend this 4th floor condo with the super convenient elevator that comes right up to our front door! Great accommodations and great view!! Will be coming back again, for sure!!!

Absolutely amazing!

Our family had fantastic time! The host(Becky) was great too. Their condo was perfect for our family. We loved their warm pool and had such a wonderful view of the Harbor. I would highly recommend staying here!

Warm and welcoming

Our host made our trip an awesome one. The condo was warm and had everything we needed. The view on the lanai was amazing.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO ON A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY !!

We stayed for a long weekend and cannot say enough positive about our condo experience. It was clean, well equipped, and offered a fantastic view from a large deck space. Becky (owner) was always easily available for any questions or concerns prior, during and after our stay. I would most certainly stay here again.

A Slice of Heaven!

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We found it clean, spacious and well furnished, with a view which is superb! Becky is a great host and communication was excellent. We loved the location near the bike path, and the pool/ hot tub were very relaxing. We cannot wait to stay here again!

We loved everything about the property. The veranda has a beautiful view of the water and accommodates several people comfortably. We had 5 people and we were all comfortable in relaxing in all areas of the condo, ie. veranda, living room, beds, kitchen.

Outstanding!!

This was our second time at this property and it is outstanding!! Unit is very nicely decorated, furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Great location and view!! Owner is great at communicating and very responsive. We hope to be back again soon!!

Owner was available to talk to and the condo is gorgeous! Kitchen is well appointed for cooks, bedrooms and baths were lovely. The view From lanai & master bedroom is superior to other blds. We have stayed at other blds in this complex & this is the best & nicest ! Also has the largest lanai🐬

Fantastic! You won't be disappointed

Fantastic location and the place was the CLEANEST VRBO I have ever stayed in. Becky was super about communication and last minute changes for us. Beautiful view of the open water to the west over Boca Grande and the channel coming into the marina.

Seeing really is believing

Had a wonderful stay in Becky's condo. Everything was as advertised, the view from the large lanai was spectacular, the condo very clean, comfortable and contained absolutely everything you could need. It was delight to communicate with Becky who always responded promptly and helpfully, cannot speak highly enough of this apartment.

Super Home and Great Location

My son and I stayed at this property for a long weekend of fishing. We keep our boat at Gasparilla Marina, so we were looking for something close by. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The home is very nicely decorated, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linens were available, and the balcony was great for hanging out after a long day on the water and enjoying a cold beverage. We will definitely return!

Wow!! Outstanding stay

Seeing is believing is the perfect name. My husband and I needed a get away and this place was PERFECT in every way, comfort, location etc. Becky, the owner, was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We will DEFINITELY stay again and tell everyone we know. Of note, if I were to purchase and decorate a condo it would be exactly what this one is. Love it!

Amazing Waterfront Getaway

This condo is immaculate, very nicely furnished, decorated and well equipped and supplied. Extremely relaxing to sit on the double width Lanai and enjoy the amazing waterfront view and boating activity. Very convenient to docks and marina next door and just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande. Becky is an excellent host and great with communication and detail!! Planning to return later this year and hopefully on a regular basis thereafter.

perfect location and amazing view

This was by far the most comfortable and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Becky thought of EVERYTHING! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, furniture cozy, TVs new. The screened balcony was huge with an amazing view and plenty of seating to enjoy it. Close to fishing. I cannot say enough. We are looking forward to spending more time there in the future. Great condo at a great price!

WONDERFUL. WONDERFUL . WONDERFUL. I Have been staying at BVH for the past 3 years, and this unit in building D is absolutely the best ! !! Because it is so wonderful, I am a repeat renter. Spectacular Views and very clean & up to date. If you love to boat & fish, this property is very convenient as well as it is very nearby the the Marina. I cannot say enough good things about BVH, this property and the Owners. All WONDERFUL!

Great condo

We stayed here for a long weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. The property is very well maintained and conveniently located. The unit is extremely well decorated and maintained. Everything is in perfect condition and the beds are very comfortable. It has a great view of the marina, mangroves and intercoastal. Sitting on the screened porch and watching the scenery was very enjoyable. We kept our boat in the marina next door which was very convenient. Becky (the owner) was very helpful and responsive. I can definitely recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Home away from home

This condo is exactly as I imagined. Everything was high end. We would stay there again without a doubt and would recommend it. Best part was the view and listening to the boats. Complex is gated. Minimal traffic in area. Friendly neighbors. Very clean condo, fully stocked with bath towels, kitchen items & bedding. Even had washer & dryer with all the supplies. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of beach toys for the kids. We didn't want to leave. Owner kept great communication with us. We spent 1 day at Blind Pass Beach, went onto Boca Grande a few times and even did a nature boat excursion out of Englewood. On our rainy day, we drove to Ft Myers for some shopping & lunch. All you need is sunscreen, food & toiletries.

Fantastic accomodation

The accomodation was beautiful-just as described-and very clean. Becky was very helpful with getting information to me regarding our stay and check in, and also in answering questions I had along the way. The location gave us easy access to Gasparilla Island, grocery store, and beautiful scenery. This property met my expectations and then some. I would highly recommend this to others.

We purchased this incredible condo in 2003 before construction was complete, and were astounded by the waterview from most of the rooms in the unit, and from the large screened-in lanai. We have found this to be the perfect getaway for our family with our busy lives, just to relax or to experience all the awesome activities available in the area.

This condominium is located in beautiful Boca Vista Harbor, a complex of 5 exceptionally well-constructed condo buildings, with a wonderful clubhouse, pool, hot tub, covered grill area, and lighted tennis court, right next to a modern marina with boat and dock rentals available, near restaurants, quaint shops and kayaking. We truly can't imagine a better place to get away!!!

For those who love to fish at any level, or those who would rather just wind down from the hectic pace of life, this is it!!! No loading your boat with all your supplies to go to an island. Just pull your car up to the convenient elevator, push the button for the 4th floor and you're there!!! Paradise found!!!
