Great stay with family. The house was great, near beach and many attractions. Outdoor space and shower were excellent. We cooked almost every night, kitchen fully stocked abs gas grill on the deck. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

House is very clean and close to all attractions and beaches. The property manager, Steve, is extremely friendly and accommodating. This is our second year in a row renting this house and it won't be the last!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. The layout was perfect for socializing and the yard was fabulous for the kids to play safely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could use. Loved the separate beverage refrigerator. Our bed was very comfortable in the suite; the others could have been better.

Great Family Place

Wow! A great home to stay with family, backyard is perfect hangout for after a day at the beach. All the bathrooms newly renovated and very clean! Can't wait to stay here again. Renters were wonderful and easy to work with.

Family vacation 2024

Visited with a family of 9, including a 3, 4, and 6 year old. House had plenty of room and outside area was great for playing games with kids. Near pirates cove mini golfing, captain Parker’s for lunch, seagull beach, and of course multiple ice cream places!

Wonderful Beach Vacay 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has traveled to the Cape for many years and have stayed in Dennis, Harwich and Yarmouth. We love Sea Gull Beach and was looking for a home that was nearby. The home Nauset Lane was perfect for the six members of my family who traveled this year. The home was bright and welcoming, and our favorite parts were the gathering areas... deck, living room and dining room. The outdoor shower was used often and one of the best we’ve had. We also loved how close it was to restaurants and shops as we had dinner at Captain Parker‘s and the Yarmouth house. It was very easy to find ice cream for our nightly treat. We also had a week of beautiful weather and was able to get out to beach every day. We would recommend this home to our friends and family and hope to rent it again in the future.

Family Vacation 2023

Very nice property. Had everything we needed and more for 8 adults, a toddler, and an infant. Nice seating area, big dining area, fenced in backyard. Great area. Seagull beach was perfect. One bathroom, along with the washer/dryer, is actually connected to what appears to be a master suite. Kinda left us with one bathroom most of the time. But no big deal - we successfully dealt with it. Just wasn’t mentioned in the description that I saw. Overall great experience. Would recommend.

We love West Yarmouth

This is our second year visiting this home. The house is great for us, 5 adults and 3 kids 8, 6 and 2. The house is clean and comfortable with a great kitchen, living room, dining area and large accommodating bedrooms. Love the fact there is a washer and dryer especially with kids. The yard/deck is great and we used the fire pit to makes s’mores. Also lots of great walking/running routes in the neighborhood. But most of all the house is close to everything. We visited the Water Park, Pirate Museum, the Music Room, mini golf, and go carts. We saw the Kennedy Museum and Mass Air and Space museum in Hyannis. We took a boat in Hyannis Port for harbor ride. One day we went to Provincetown and had a great time sightseeing and stopping at the Truro Vineyards on the way back. It was a fabulous vacation. I cannot say enough great things.

Fall on the Cape

Nice house...plenty of space...beautiful yard. .close to many Cape attractions...only bummer no linens included or paper goods and shower in master child size...but would recomend

beautiful Seagull beach

The house was just as described. It was clean and large enough for our family. The eating areas were large enough to have the entire gather around one table. the kitchen was well equipped. There is a family of turkeys that live in the neighborhood and a family of bunnies that live under the shed. We would love to rent again in the future.

Great property and location

We are 3 67-year old women celebrating 50 years of friendship. We travel together every 3 years to a different locale. At 8 Nauset, we were close to beaches, Hyannis and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Provincetown is roughly an hour drive. We each had our own room with a queen bed, and there is a twin room as well. There is a nice backyard with furniture. We were on the go, so we did not have much time there. We really enjoyed Seagull Beach, Race Point Beach, the CC National Seashore, Martha’s Vineyard and the chowder at Captain Parker’s Pub!

Great family rental!

Great vacation property for our multi-generational family of 8. Spacious living and dining areas, modern kitchen with updated appliances, large deck with outdoor shower, grill and fire pit all made our stay enjoyable. Convenient that everything was on one level, including laundry. Drive to the nearby beach was quick and the weekly beach parking permit gave us access to several beaches, fishing and hiking spots throughout the Town of Yarmouth. Mini golf, restaurants, ice cream stands and other attractions all nearby. The host is friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!!

Awesome cape house

My large family had plenty of space and enjoyed the yard and neighborhood for walking and biking. Beach is close and plenty of things around for food and fun. The host Steven is great. Would love to go back

Awesome Cape House

The property was neat and clean with everything we needed for our vacation. Neighborhood was quiet and good for walking. While the beach is a short drive, there were always spaces available. Everyone in our group agreed that the week flew by.

Wonderful home and so much to do in the area.

The house was very nice and clean. Beds and bathrooms were great. The yard is lovely. So many things to do nearby. Beach is a very short distance and is great. Kids had a wonderful time. We love to go again.
