Pirate's Shanty is a four bedroom, 2 bath, single story house a short walk from the Sugar White sands of PCB. A fenced and secluded backyard, covered front and rear porches await you.
Upon entry, step inside the living room furnished with three sofas, and a wall mounted Smart TV. The sofas open to a ful size bed. There is a dining alcove with seating for 8 guests, and 4 additional guests can enjoy seating at the kitchen island, and both spaces are also open to the kitchen.
The Master bedroom is an en-suite with TV and a private bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Bedroom number two is furnished with a queen size bed, Smart TV is adjacent to the second full bath that has a vanity sink and a large shower.
The third bedroom is also furnished with a Smart TV and a queen size bed.
The 4th bedroom is perfect for teens and younger children. It is furnished with a Smart TV and an arcade style, full size Ms. Pacman video game system with multiple arcade games for hours of entertainment.
The backyard is great for everyone. The family dog and children can run off some energy with its ample space. Enjoy preparing a delicious home-cooked meal on the park-style charcoal grill in the backyard. There's also a dining table for six on the covered patio with ceiling fan.

Beach Access is simple, a short 2 block walk to Access number 1, 2 or 3 plus a ramp to the right of Treasure Island Resort enables you to walk straight out onto the sugar white sands of PCB.
