Brand new completely remodeled home! Tons of windows and natural light pour into this place. New kitchen with all new appliances, new bathrooms, brand new carpet and flooring. Home has brand new furnace and air conditioning unit , a tankless water heater to ensure no one runs out of hot water for showers. This home is close to main attractions of Sunriver. Ft. Rock Park is .6miles away, Sharc is 1.2miles away and the village is 1.5miles away.

The home is mostly a single level with only 2 steps up to the front door. When you walk in , you have a great open space that has a kitchen, dining room and a living room. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal or treats. There is a griddle, 2 waffle makers, frying pans, regular cooking pans, crockpot, rice cooker, pasta strainer, several sizes of mixing bowls, cookie sheets, muffin tins, various spices, oils , keurig coffee maker and a regular 12 cup coffee maker.

The dining room has a brand new solid wood Amish table with 5 chairs, and a long bench. There are 3 additional Amish solid wool stools at the bar for additional seating. Home comes stocked with several sizes of drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, 2 different plate sizes and bowls for 12 people. There is a slider off the dinning room onto spacious back deck and hot tub area. It is super private as there is only a dead end trail that it backs to.

The living room has brand new real leather couches along with warm, cozy blankets for cold nights. There is a new gas fireplace in the living room that is controlled by a remote for several different temperature and ambiance settings. There is also a large TV with various DVDs and Youtube TV programmed in. If you want a quiet evening by the fire, you can browse the various books we have for your reading pleasure. Or if you prefer to have a game night, there are several games or puzzles for your enjoyment.

All bedrooms come with their own TVs.

Right off the kitchen is a bedroom with tons of natural light and a queen size bed. The bed has a cozy goose down comforter. This bedroom also has a separate slider out to the hot tub.

There is a washer and dryer also on the main floor. It comes equipped with lots of laundry soap, and dryer sheets.

The bathroom on the main floor comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer.

There is another spacious bedroom on the main floor that has a king size bed equipped with a goose down comforter.

Upstairs there is a large bunk room with a single bed as well. Both the bunk bed and single bed have trundle twin size beds under them. The bunk room sleeps 5 people. In this room there is a Wii along with some Wii games, various kids DVDs, kids books, and kids chapter books. This is a nice separate space for kids to maybe play while parents enjoy a little quiet time downstairs.

Across the hall from the bunk room is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed. Here you will find another full size bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub and shower. This bathroom comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hair dryer.


Home has keyless entry, free WIFI, and central air conditioning.

The garage has 6 adult bikes, a foosball table, and level 2 EV charging w/ Tesla universal wall charger with NACS and J1772 adapter.
