PET POLICY
This is a pet-friendly home; only small dog breeds are allowed per booking. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation, with a flat pet fee of $350 total, regardless of whether you bring one or two pets. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

Bringing a dog? Guests traveling with dogs will need to use the front yard for bathroom breaks, as the backyard features artificial turf.


WILDLIFE WARNING
Gaston Shores is a lakeside home surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Its setting makes it ideal for those who enjoy nature and quiet moments by the water. Please use caution around the lake and surrounding natural areas.

Ladybugs are delightful seasonal visitors to this home, typically appearing in larger numbers during October and November, adding a touch of nature’s charm. While measures are taken to mitigate the presence of these insects as much as possible, guests should understand that this home is nestled in nature, and occasional visits from local wildlife are to be expected.

Please note that if doors or windows are left open, ladybugs and other small insects may find their way indoors.

PRIVACY
This property receives landscaping services every Thursday to keep the grounds looking their best. If it rains, service may be rescheduled to Friday. You may see maintenance staff during your stay, but they will not disturb you and will leave promptly once their work is complete.
