The Shoreline Suite offers a generous floor plan designed for relaxation. With a separate bedroom and living area, you have plenty of room to spread out. Relax on the front balcony with your morning coffee or an afternoon drink, soaking in the relaxed rhythm of Avila Beach just steps from the shops and dining.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 4)
- Primary Bedroom: Plush King Bed with soft, premium linens.
- Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa (comfortable for children or extra guests).
- Extra Comfort: Extra pillows and blankets provided for a restful night.
FULL KITCHEN & DINING
This suite features a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay:
- Equipment: Full stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
- Essentials: Stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and a Keurig coffee maker.
- Dining: Eat comfortably at the dining table or al fresco on the balcony.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
