Un favorito entre los huéspedes, nuestro condominio se encuentra en el corazón de Avila Beach y pasos para calentar las arenas blancas. Este condominio estudio de lujo está diseñado a medida para todo tipo de comodidades, vitrinas: un plan único de planta circular; vista al mar desde lo privado envolvente de la cubierta; totalmente equipada cocina gourmet; caminar en la ducha; lavadora secadora; wifi / cable; TV de pantalla plana y mucho más!

A pocos pasos de la orilla arenosa, el Courtyard en Ávila, conocido por su premio de arquitectura con el océano y hermosas vistas de las laderas ganar, está también a poca distancia de restaurantes, compras y la aventura! El patio cuenta con una puerta de entrada privada que conduce a una plaza de juegos de agua, esculturas de arte mar y acceso al garaje aparcamiento vigilado. Este condominio de lujo cuenta con 2 plazas de aparcamiento en seguro, garaje cerrado y se encuentra en el segundo piso, por encima del Ávila Wine & Roasting Co. (San Miguel y First St).

Great view! Lot’s of stairs. VERY Uncomfortable bed, very small shower, loud road noise with produce trucks, landscaper made noise at 7am. Uncomfortable furniture and terrible host communication! Smaller than expected BUT AMAZING view … unit gets quite stuffy!

Relaxing Getaway

The place was a perfect size for the two of us and it has great access to the beach, shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Super quiet, yet in the middle of everything. Plus, only minutes to SLO, Pismo Beach, Montana de Oro State Park and others. Highly recommend this place!

Cute place!

This place was very cute and very comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that they included beach towels and chairs! Being in a round condo was very unique and different. The long patio was fun for evening cocktails or morning coffee. The location is great as it is not even a block away from the ocean and you can see the beach from the condo. The large windows provide great sunlight into the space! Great stay!

25th Wedding Anniversary

Property was exactly as described. Check in/check out was easy breezy. Location is walking distance to EVERYTHING! If you, or anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental is not for you as you need to access the front door/deck via the staircase on the side of the rental every time you leave and return. Beach chairs and towels provided. Kitchen appliances all new and top of the line. Keurig AND 12 cup drip coffee maker! Stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans & cooking utensils. If you don't bring your own food/munchies for a long term stay, there's no major market in town. Closest big grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. Cocktails for 6, dinner for 4, sleeping for 2!!!

Great time

Our stay was great. Our property manager was very helpful.we go to Avila beach at least 3 times a year. Always wanted to stay in the round unit. Got my wish & loved it. Our only problem we don’t do stairs very well. Give it s 5 star rating.

Awesome stay close to all the places we wanted to go. Right by the beach!

We had a great time! Beautiful clean property! Only negative was all of the trash trucks and delivery trucks that came early in the morning every weekday. Would still book for any upcoming trips! Everyone we dealt with was nice and checking in was easy! Thank you so much!

Kitchen is great for two people and the setting is comfortable. Only issue is the bed, which is comfy, is set against a wall, so one person has to climb out. Great response from the office. Charming Condo Near the Beach

My husband and I just completed a four night stay at this Avila Beach condo. It is very near the beach and you can see the water from the balcony. It is very spacious and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It is also quiet and safe and offers included secure underground parking. I would highly recommend this condo.
