• Lower Level Bedroom: Two queen beds with two trundle beds (sleeps 6 total) and a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), perfect for larger groups or families.

Guests have full access to the house, private lakefront, pier, decks, kayaks, and boathouse. Pontoon rentals can be arranged through a nearby marina. The property includes 2 car garage parking and 3 additional spaces in front of garage for multiple vehicles.

House Rules:
• No smoking or parties.
• Pets allowed with a $499 fee (please inquire). One well behaved and trained dog under 15 pounds is allowed. The fee covers extra allergy and sanitation cleaning that is involved.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Maximum number of guests allowed will be 10. There is an additional charge of $200 per guest per stay after eight guest total due to extra linens and cleaning fees that is involved.
