For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This fabulous 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two doubles. Both bedrooms have TVs. The nicely appointed kitchen has everything that you will need to cook fabulous meals on those nights that you want to eat in. In addition, you will love the tastefully decorated unit with unique pieces such as the library card filer as an entertainment center. The balcony has a table for enjoying meals al fresco along with a lounge area for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail while the refreshing summer breezes keep you cool!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Bonaire is an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spots is provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Outdoor shower for guest use

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 126th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
