Our expectation is that you care for the property as if it was your own, this means you take out any trash and dispose of it properly, clean any used dishes, clean any spills, clean any pet stains/odor/damages, remove any personal items such as food/bags/clothing, turn off any appliances/lights/faucets when not in use etc.
Our expectation is that this property is ready to rent/be occupied immediately after your exit with the exception of minor cleaning such as light vacuuming, cleaning of linens. The property should remain locked and secured at all times.
We reserve the right to charge any fees related to the abuse, failure to follow rules, fines/fees received by the owner.
We have no standard cleaning/ linen fees this will depend on the length of stay, number of occupants, pets etc.
The elevator my be used for luggage/baggage only.
Please be aware this is a waterfront townhome with a pool. The pool has a fence around it but the sea wall does not. This may be unsafe for children or pets. The safety of children and pets is the responsibility of the guest/occupants.
Please be aware that the 2nd floor balcony has a railing but may be unsafe for small children or pets. The safety of children and pets is the responsibility of the guest/occupants.
