Mins to Domain -4BR Newly Reno Home - Pool+Jaccuzi - Pool +PingPong Table
We are new to VRBO but has been hosting for 3+ years with hundreds of reviews! Have fun with the whole family at this newly renovated stylish home in a family friendly neighborhood.
The property includes a Pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong table, arcade machines also equipped with indoor/outdoor bar area, kamodo Joe BBQ , and outdoor dining/sitting area.
The home is less than 10 minutes away from the Domain, O2 stadium, and many other located attractions.
The space
Welcome to my humble home. This is the vacation of my wife, my baby Sofia, and I. We travel between Austin and the Bay Area. We hope you can treat our home like your own!
———- Important!!! Due to recent noise complaints by nearby neighbors - we have realized that the pool and jacuzzi is really close to our neighbors. It is really just a loud conversation in bothering our kind neighbors. There will be no pool or jacuzzi usage at the property after 10pm!!!
Our home features 3 bedrooms plus a guest/game house that sleeps 4 additional people. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well.
The kitchen has everything you will need. One cool thing about the kitchen is that it has a window that opens out into the patio, and serves as an open bar. All of the glassware on the property are glass and unbreakable. This is for the safety of all the guest in case of broken glass in the pool.
The covered patio has a dining table that folds out into a pool table and ping pong table. There is also an old fashion popcorn machine in the patio with popcorn ready to be made. Please be aware that this machine may need to be cleaned before and after each use.
The house also feature a salt water swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Both the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are maintained weekly.
There are 3 Amazon fire tv on premise that all includes free access to HBO, YouTubetv, Amazon video, Disney, ESPN+, and Hulu.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home! There is a keyless code entry to the main house.
Other things to note
Please note that there are blink security cameras on premise. These cameras are located at different entrance locations. There is also a ring doorbell present on the property.
Both of these systems are not on live record and will only record 15-second clips upon detection of movement.

We are new hosts to VRBO, but have been using VRBO as guests previously. We host on various other sites with hundreds of positive guest reviews. I’m originally from Hong Kong, my wife is from Russia/Ukraine. We currently reside in San Francisco Bay Area but often visits Austin. We have multiple vacation homes in Austin and really enjoy hosting. We have 2 beautiful little daughters Sofia, and Emilia they love traveling to Austin as much as we do (mostly for the pools at the properties) 🏊♂️

This area is super close to Domain, the new entertainment and shopping district of Austin. We love the quiet neighborhood and the pool is simply amazing!

There are very few homes in Austin with a pool, jaccuzi, arcades, pool table, ping pong table and can sleep 12+ comfortably. 😍
