The gas interruption you experienced was caused by a utility company meter replacement, not a property neglect issue. As soon as we were notified on Friday evening, our property manager contacted the gas company immediately and had a technician on-site within 30 minutes. The pilots were relit, and full service was restored shortly thereafter. Regarding your note on the exterior condition, repairs and updates were already scheduled prior to your stay, including deck improvements and roof work taking place. We also have a comprehensive property walkthrough scheduled before every new guest arrival to ensure ongoing quality and maintenance. We understand that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive for, and we want to assure you that these matters are being actively addressed and improved. Our team has implemented additional post-departure inspections and more direct guest communication to ensure faster resolutions moving forward. We appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to continue enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the level of service our properties are known for.
