This newly updated condo is perfectly located in the heart of Seagrove, with access to the famous Emerald beaches and Café 30a just steps away!! This home has everything you could want or need for your next beach vacation - Come pamper yourselves – you deserve to be spoiled!

The Space:
This professionally decorated condominium, with new interior paint, windows and shiplap, has been designed with your comfort in mind. It sleeps 4 comfortably, featuring a luxury queen-sized bed in the private bedroom, built-in twin bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa, making this a perfect place for a weekend with friends, couples get away or family vacation.

Relaxing stay!

Lovely property that is a short walk to the beach! There are restaurants and shops within a short drive or walk. Cozy place to stay! We would return.

Great stay with a suggestion

We enjoyed our stay, great location, cute decor, cable and nice amenities. I appreciate the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella but all the beach chairs are in poor condition (rusty) or broken and need to be replaced. If you decide not to replace beach chairs than don’t post beach chairs included in rental. That was the only con because we had nothing to sit on the beach other than that I would stay again.

Great easy stay for quick get away

Great location ! Only issue was the floor upon arrival had lots of sand . The twin beds were made but sheets had sand as well I’m both as if maybe were not changed and dirty dishes in dishwasher We ran washer and just made due with sheets for our quick stay

perfect get away spot!

took my mom to the beach for her mothers gift this year and stumbled upon this vrbo listing! it was just the two of us, so we didn’t need anything big. the pictures don’t lie - this listing is adorable. it was clean, smelled amazing and had everything the two of us needed. the location was also perfect. a very short walk across the street and straight down too the beach. would highly recommend this spot for a spontaneous last minute trip (is exactly what i did when i booked for my mom and i) or for a small family looking to stay on the iconic 30A on a budget without having to sacrifice staying in a cute rental! 10/10!
