Beachwood Villas is a great choice for your 30A vacation -- the convenient location puts you close to the beach access and within walking distance to several area Seagrove shopping and dining establishments. You are a bike ride away from all of South Walton's unique beach communities!
Unit 4G was beautifully renovated in August 2025, featuring brand-new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, a shiplap accent wall, a sleeper sofa, and a stylish dining table. 4G is a 1-bedroom unit conveniently on the ground floor. It's perfect for couples or small families with its built-in bunks, queen sleeper sofa and king bedroom. The bedroom includes a TV plus custom built-in storage perfect for storing things instead of living out of your suitcase.
Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the large TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio and grab some fresh air and Florida sunshine. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen if you're in the mood to cook up some great meals (or just enjoy some takeout!). Right off the kitchen you'll have easy access to the stacked washer, dryer. No need to overpack for this 30A vacation!
Beach Access:
Beach access is just 200 yards away, directly across from Tom Thumb at the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd. In only a 2-minute walk, you’ll be on the sand with the waves at your feet.
Beachwood Villas:
Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.
Your stay at Beachwood Villas 4G comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.
A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
