The Space:
Welcome to the Royale Room, a private studio apartment in the heart of historic Kimmswick - a very walkable, quiet and boutique river town.
Located one block from LaChance Winery, this town boasts many shops, restaurants and amenities you won't find anywhere else in St. Louis. This oversized studio has just as much space as most 1 bedroom units!
It offers a covered porch with seating at your private entrance, just steps from the parking area. This unit boasts a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a full size range with over the range microwave. It is stocked with all of the basic spices and cooking supplies needed to get you started. The dining area has a full sized table with seating for four and plenty of room to move around. The bedroom area features a large, soft rug and a comfortable king-sized bed with Casper luxury mattress. A 50" LED Google TV is mounted on the wall with a full swivel mount so you can watch from anywhere in the apartment. Hold all of your clothes and items in the large walk-in closet and extra storage inside of the bench seat.
The bathroom is large and bright and features a walk-in, full sized shower. There is a laundry room on the premises with two washers and dryers and a utility sink that the unit shares with two other studios.
You'll be very comfortable staying in this studio that's fit for a king (or queen)!

- Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please note that parking passes are required during festival weekends. (The unit has one reserved parking spot right outside the front door in the Vine St. gravel parking area. Guests may park in any unmarked parking spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Only suitable for compact cars. Oversized vehicles should park in the unmarked guest parking spaces located in the second street parking area.)

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
