Welcome to 2518 Villamare! This beautifully renovated, fully equipped two bedroom 5th floor condo is just steps from the beach and fantastic resort amenities.

The open-concept floor plan offers white tile flooring throughout and fanstastic island views. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted TV and access to the private covered balcony.

The dining area seats 4 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The well-stocked kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and a stackable washer and dryer.

The main bedroom is located just off the living area through French doors. This area has a king bed, wall-mounted TV and a sliding door leading to the balcony shared with the living area. The private bathroom has a granite top vanity and a large walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the condo you'll find the guest suite. This room has two full beds, a flat screen TV and a seating area with a loveseat and two chairs. This room also has a private, covered balcony with two rocking chairs. The private bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

Villamare Hilton Head condos are located in a luxurious oceanfront complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort. The available community amenities are unmatched! Guests have access to a brand-new saltwater pool and spa complete with hydrotherapy, a new separate adults-only pool and spa, as well as an indoor all-season heated pool and spa. The community also offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and sauna, renovated restrooms, a spacious oceanfront sundeck, gas grills and firepit, as well as private beach access! Guests also have access to the free Dunes Buggy Shuttle, which takes you over to Shelter Cove. This shuttle runs mid-March through Mid-September and is first come, first servce.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your condo rental on Hilton Head. Passes are charged per car per week.

Villamare Complex Construction:
Villamare will undergo stucco repairs and painting.
During this project, expect construction noise and limited parking during daytime hours.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
