Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with a view of the front of the house.
Bedroom 3: Full-size bottom bunk bed and a twin single top bunk bed.
Bedroom 4: Full-size bottom bunk bed and a twin single top bunk bed.
Apartment (1 Bedroom):

Queen-size bed, perfect for added privacy.
Bathrooms:
4 full bathrooms in the main house.
1 full bathroom in the apartment.
1 half bath conveniently located in the gang room.
Living Areas:
Recliner couches in the downstairs living area.
Upstairs features a regular couch in front of the two bedrooms, offering additional lounging space.
Outdoor Amenities
An expansive outdoor kitchen and living area, spanning 1,200 sqft, complete with a grill for dining al fresco.
Kitchen and Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with both a cup coffee maker and a pod coffee machine (bring your favorite coffee pods!).

Services like Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability on our calendar and it has an extra cost

No smoking inside the apartment or the house.
No parties or events

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Remember to fill out the security deposit procedure.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
For check-out, please make sure the dishes are washed, the trash is taken out, all lights are turned off, and all doors are securely closed. Our housekeeper will take care of everything else.

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
