The unit features 3 levels that are open and functional. Downstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms. Upstairs there is a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area and a loft with a queen size bed. The top floor also features an oversized patio deck that looks into the Sierras.

The unit is fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances you would need to cook your favorite meal. The home has a large living room and dining area to relax and visit. The living room is equipped with a 65 inch flat screen TV, ROKU and DVD player. The unit offers the fastest speed WiFi internet that is offered in Shaver Lake. The patio has a propane grill and is a great place to take in the fresh mountain air, there is a full outdoor dining table.

The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. Extra sheets are provided for additional sleeping spaces. White towels are provided for all guests.

The condominium is part of a complex that offers a club house with spa, pool, sauna and basketball court. All are within walking distance and are rarely inundated with guests.

The condo is a perfect place to work from home, use as a home base to visit the lake, go mountain biking, hiking or just enjoy the immense and beautiful nature around you.
