Amazing view from a two story, three bedroom corner Penthouse in Ocean City

Saturday to Saturday weeklong rentals starting summer of 2026.

Come spend some time at our family's beach condo, recently renovated in the winter of 2025.
We have rented our space the last two years with great reviews but this year, we are managing the property ourselves and hope to provide the very best service.

Our condo is located on the corner and on the top two floors of the Quay Building, ensuring a quiet stay as our two master bedrooms do not share a wall with any other living spaces.

Upon entry, you are greeted with a large open living space on the main floor with brand new luxury vinyl floors through the unit. To the right is a large table, seating eight. To the left is a fully equipped kitchen. The large kitchen island has four stools, perfect for breakfast or buffets.

Past the kitchen island is another table that seats four and is perfect for board games or cards. To the right on the main floor is a large leather sectional with power reclining seats and a 60 inch smart LED TV with Comcast cable. Further past the sectional is a comfortable recliner perfect for reading and a bistro table with 2 barstools which nest against the two story windows overlooking Ocean City, perfect for morning coffee.

The large balcony is off the main space with sliding screen doors and an outdoor bistro table with 2 bar seats as well as a wood Adirondack chair. It provides sweeping southern views of the ocean and bay and on a clear day you can see the Ocean City ferris wheel and Assateague Island.

To the right off the main floor is a small vestibule which leads to:
(1) Master Bedroom with king bed, 50 inch LED smart TV, dresser, two nightstands and a full en suite bathroom. This Master Bedroom shares the dramatic views of the condo.
(2) Laundry room with a Half bath and a stacked washer and dryer unit.

From the main living area you climb to the upper floor on the brand new 5 foot diameter circular stairs.
At the top of the stairs you are in the unit's game room with a pool table (four pool cues), 65 inch LED smart TV, and two arcade machines perfect for passing the time when not at the beach.

To the left of the game room is a vestibule which leads to
(1) The upper master bedroom with a king bed, 50 inch LED smart TV, dresser, two nightstands and a full en suite bathroom. This master also shares the same spectacular views of the condo.
(2) Another full bathroom

To the right of the game room is the unit's Bunkroom with two bunk beds and a single bed. The upper bunk beds are recommended only for persons weighing 170 pounds or less. The bunk room has lots of retro board games and a 50 inch LED smart TV.

Outside the bunk room is a small reading nook against the loft railing with a full bookshelf and sweeping views out the two story windows.
