¡¡¡CASA EN LA PLAYA!!!4 DORMITORIOS 2 BAÑOS !!! CUATRO NOCHES RESTANTES EN AGOSTO

Gran casa de playa de 4 dormitorios ubicada en Highland Avenue. La casa ha sido actualizada y ha conservado la mayor parte de sus detalles italianos originales de 1890, tales como carpintería, pisos de madera pintada, un manto y espejo Eastlake, persianas interiores, bañera con patas, puertas de salón, ventanas grandes, cocina de tablero de cuentas y alta techos. Hay WIFI en toda la casa.

Primer piso: cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora, bañera con patas con ducha, despensa, área de comedor y cocina, una sala con chimenea de propano y un sofá cama tamaño queen, segunda sala con dos sofás de cuero y pantalla inteligente / plana TV con Roku. Las habitaciones están separadas por puertas de salón.

Segundo piso: dormitorio principal con vistas al agua y cama king size, segundo dormitorio con cama queen size, tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, una cama nido y televisión. Cuarto dormitorio una cama matrimonial con dos camas individuales en la parte superior baño completo y de almacenamiento adicional en el pasillo.

Gran cubierta de la cocina con parrilla de propano, ducha al aire libre y vestuarios. mesa de picnic grande y pozo de fuego situado en un hermoso patio privado. Estacionamiento

Great location and very well-equipped

House was very comfortable, well equipped, we loved the decor, and the location was perfect. Outdoor space with a beautiful deck as well as the area around fire pit, fantastic. We have been going to OOB for many years, and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home, near the beach and pier

This was my family's second time at this house. It's spacious, has all the beach gear you'd need, and served as an ideal vacation spot for my family. Hosts are easy to reach and responsive.

Great OOB Vacation House

Wonderful home! Close to the best parts of Old Orchard Beach! Owners were very accommodating and we had no problems with anything. They answered all of our questions very quickly and even had puzzles and games available for the 2 rainy days we had! We all loved it there!

Great location! Plenty of room for my family and I to spread out. The outside area was very cute and convenient. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Overall great property

The communication with Tim & Ranee was exceptional. They were spot on with any issues you may have. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach but a few blocks long to get to the pier and shops.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful location, plenty of space, great outdoor area and parking for up to 4 cars. We loved our week away and would absolutely stay again. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and easy access to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was supplied to us (boogie boards, cooler, chairs and wagon). The owners were very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. I highly recommend this place. Jaime

Great proximity to the water

The communication was excellent, they quickly responded to all of our questions and the house provided everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. The location of the houseware great, just a short walk to the ocean and the pier.

Perfect family beach vacation

This house was the perfect spot to hunker down for a week at the beach. It’s a short walk to the ocean and the pier, but also quiet in the neighborhood, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped, & so was the shed, with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. Tim and Renee were very responsive in their communications, and I had no questions unanswered. Highly, highly recommend.

Great Vacation Spot!

We’ve made it a tradition to spend a week each summer on OOB with our family of four and an extended family group of cousins and grandparents. With eight to ten people, some rental homes in the past have left us feeling claustrophobic and beyond ready for our own beds by the end of the trip. It was the exact opposite with this house. Nobody wanted to leave on checkout day! This home is spacious, airy and very relaxing. The kitchen, grill and indoor/outdoor dining areas were well loved by our group. It was so nice to prepare a meal, have a glass of wine and eat outside together after spending the day playing in the waves and sunbathing on the beach. The owners of the property were responsive and kind about any concerns we had. We had trouble with the refrigerator not cooling properly the first night. Within hours, the refrigerator was replaced and the celebration rolled on! We look forward to staying in this big, beautiful, old home in the future! What a gem!

This house is beautiful and very charming.

The house is great for families. Plenty of spaces to sleep for everyone. The kitchen is perfect for cooking while still being able to socialize. I love the back yard area, as well as the deck. Perfect summer spot for sure!

Great location, great property!

We spent a week at Ranee and Tim’s property at the start of July 2018. Upon arriving, you could tell the owners take pride in their place. The décor and beach theme throughout were a welcome greeting to the start of our vacation. The home is well appointed and even more spacious than it looks in the photos. The backyard and large deck off the rear were great for family meals and late night campfires. Great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to the main street of Old Orchard. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return!

Very nice house

The house was very clean and well maintained. We were there for a baseball tournament and the boys were able to walk to the peir and beach. Only downside was Old Orchard has a train that runs through the middle of town. Everything was a walk away

This place is a gem - we would absolutely rent again!

A group of 10 of us rented this lovely house for a Portland wedding over memorial day weekend. From the very start we had a fantastic experience. All interactions with the owners were timely and friendly, and they provided us with lots of helpful information about the house and our stay in old Orchard Beach. We arrived to find a spacious and immaculately clean home with a charming yard that was only a short walk from the beach. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with necessary appliances, the sweet little backyard offered a deck with a large picnic table to congregate at with morning coffee, and beautiful flowering trees and gardens. "Tami Lynn's" is a deli/market a short walk away offering breakfast and lunch – including delicious lobster rolls, and we did enjoy a fun night at the Brunswick which is walking distance as well. Our group commented many times that we were lucky to find such a gem, and we would absolutely rent this beautiful house again!

Spacious, beautiful- just what you are looking for

Excellent. Beautiful ocean view from the Master Bedroom. Centrally located near the beach and other areas. Very clean and excellent layout. A lot of amenities in the house and plenty of room for everyone. Very nice people to deal with as well. Great time at The Brunswick! Excellent for families or for an adults getaway. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed here!

We have been renovating our home since we purchased it back in 2018. We love hosting and have met a lot of incredible people.

We live in a family friendly neighborhood. All of our neighbors are friendly and always willing to offer suggestions to best places to visit and eat. The outdoor patio and fire pit is an perfect place to relax after a day at the beach with family and friends.

The decor of our home showcases our individual style. My husband has a passion for crafting furniture and wall art. He has handcrafted our kitchen table and coffee tables with his own hands. Throughout the house, you'll find his unique creations featuring whales and driftwood. We hope you appreciate each piece!
