Measuring 2,212 square feet (105.51 square meters) and boasting an oversized balcony, the villa provides ample space for you and your guests to unwind and make yourselves at home. The beautifully designed, state-of-the-art kitchen is perfect for cooking and dining in, while the chic dining room provides a stylish setting for meals. Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, knives, plates, silverware, a wine opener, and more—just bring the food! Relax on the cozy living room couch and catch up on your favorite shows on our Smart TV.

Our balcony is what vacation dreams are made of! Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this oversized outdoor space, the perfect place to unwind with a margarita. Two lounge chairs provide a comfortable spot to relax in the shade, while a spacious dining table with four chairs is ideal for al fresco meals with a view.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of things to do in Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta. From relaxing horseback riding excursions to thrilling ATV rides and zipline tours, there is something for everyone. You can also indulge in swimming with dolphins, play a round of golf, or try your hand at tennis or pickleball. After a day of fun, relax in one of the resort’s four hot tubs, or simply stroll in the beautiful garden surrounding the main pool, with direct access to the beach.
No smoking anywhere at the resort. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine.

Other general rules:

1. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
2. Quiet hours outside begin at 10:00 pm.
3. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
4. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
5. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
6.Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
7. Owners areas at the pool and on the beach are off limits to guests.
8. Do not lower the A/C below 68°F.
9. An additional fee of $40 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
10. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
11. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
12. You will be charged an additional $500 for neighbor complaints.
13. You will be charged an additional $500 if security is dispatched to the property.
14. You will be charged an additional $1,000 if the police is called to the property and
you will likely have to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
15. You will be charged a penalty of $500 plus $60/person for everyone on the property
that was not included on your reservation count to be on the property.
16. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to check in. Check in instructions will not be sent if the rental agreement is not signed.
