Perched 800 feet above sea level, overlooking Coral Bay, You'll be awestruck by the breathtaking panoramic views from Coconut Hill Cottage! The home has one of the most dramatic views in the Caribbean, displaying lush green hills and miles of blue water. When you're high in the mountains, the trade winds are cool and plenty!

Coconut Hill is just 5 minutes from the heart of Coral Bay, where you can check out quaint gift shops, live music, and great restaurants. Popular beaches and trails are anywhere from 10- 30 minutes away, depending on which direction you travel!

Backup power: Solar panels and Tesla powerwalls are installed for backup energy. 

Water: Triple filtered and drinkable. 

Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided for your convenience.

Parking space: Shared with another villa, so only one car is allowed for the rental property.

Coconut cottage

We loved this very efficient cottage with the best view, easy to lounge in, very comfortable beds and loft! My only comment was the shared driveway- shared by another house- very difficult to park when another car is there with medium (4 door) jeep. Wouldn’t have changed our plans, but when I booked, I didn’t know it was shared.

Healing retreat

Just spent five awesome fun filled and adventures days on St John at this magnificent place in coral bay hosted by the best innkeepers on the island ! Bob and Sue are the BEST !!! Highly recommend this place !

Family Get Away

Megan was a fantastic host and answered all my questions quickly. House is in a great location with a beautiful view. Nice to take a dip in the pool after a long hot day at the beach.

Fantastic experience

We had a fantastic time staying at Coconut Hill Cottage for our honeymoon. The place was very well kept and had everything that we needed. The views from the porch overlooking Coral Bay are fantastic. The place is very private and quiet and was perfect to come back to after a day of snorkeling or a dinner out.

Perfect vacation home!

Absolutely loved our stay at Coconut Hill Cottage--it was perfect for our family; everything is exactly as presented! The view is superb; the screened-in porch is so very pleasant for enjoying the view and nice breeze. We appreciated so much having beach chairs, cooler, towels to use. It was a fabulous vacation and we hope to return someday!

One of the best!

Perfect! The perfect place to spend our family vacation for the week. The location has gorgeous view. The house was clean and well stocked. Any issues we had were immediately addressed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Great view!

Loved the location and view. Pool is smaller than pics show in vrbo and was really cold but refreshing after a beach day. Location was quiet and quaint and we loved restaurants around coral bay area. Appreciated the full kitchen, plentiful amount of towels! Would definitely come back!

Great location and amazing view

Perfect for our family of four. Check in was effortless, new mini split air conditioners made for comfortable sleeping and kitchen was well equipped. Coolers with iIce packs and beach chairs with snorkeling equipment made our beach excursions all the more enjoyable. Quiet location, did I mention the amazing views?

Beautiful place

This villa was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Only a few things I would recommend, they need a can opener and my mattress toppers the beds are really hard. The master room doesn’t cool down that well. All the other rooms did. But over all we loved our stay. Thank you

Gorgeous! Great location!

We absolutely loved our week here. The house really has everything you need, and the views are unbelievable! Susan was always very receptive when we had a question, too. We thought the location was great -- nice and secluded and quiet, but still close to things. We would definitely recommend this place! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic Views

This property was spectacular. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed. The screened in porch provided an amazing view with no mosquitos. The location was convenient to Coral Bay for restaurants and groceries. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and towels. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful vacation home

Absolutely loved our stay at the Coconut Hill Cottage. The home's owner, Susan, was very helpful and responsive to get our vacation organized. Views are stunning and the cottage has all amenities you might need. There are lots of beautiful beaches to choose from for sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming etc. We enjoyed taking a nice refreshing dip into the pool in the morning or after coming back from the beach. Perfect place to get away and having a relaxed time!

The house was exactly what the pictures show. Stunning views and very clean property.

The house is stocked up with all the necessities, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels which we used everyday. Having the washer / dryer is a big plus point. The owners Bob and Sue were very helpful. Will highly recommend this property without hesitation.

Perfect Place in Coral Bay

We had a great time here - the view is spectacular, the place has everything you'll ever need (cooking, toys, entertainment etc.) and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. The view from the front porch and pool is amazing, and the screens around the porch keep out the bugs very well. If you are looking for a great get-away which is very tranquil but close to shops/restaurants/Josephine's organic produce (highly recommended!) in Coral Bay, this is the place.

Amazing view great privacy the perfect tropical getaway!

Jake and Sarah have an amazing place nesseled privately on the hills in coral bay. There Home has all of the touches of Home but has the charm and excitement of a tropical island villa. This place is the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz bay but only a short drive from the all of the amazing beaches and snorkeling spots. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend the week and enjoy such a beautiful island.

Great getaway in St John

This property is gorgeous! The view is just amazing and sunrise is to die for! We've rented a good amount of VRBOs over the years and I have to say that Jake, the owner, was by far the most responsive host we've ever had. The home is very nicely decorated and in great condition and was the perfect size for our family of four. We didn't want to leave!

Awesome!

The best Villa in which I've stayed on St. John so far! Just stunning views, peaceful, relaxing, and breezy. Beautiful villa and pool. Has all you will need, very well equipped. The owners are very responsive but honestly didn't need them for much once at the villa. Better than advertised. St. John was terrific, and it was our best trip yet!

coconut hill

The view was stunning. The house was beautiful, private and well kept. The owners were delightful and very informative. Bob and Susan have stock the house with everything one would need except the food of course. The house has easy access to east bays as well as the main roads. Would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our stay very much.
