Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax. If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

There is ongoing construction taking place near the property during daytime hours. While we do not have control over the schedule or scope of the work, some noise may be heard during your stay—particularly in the mornings. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation. GVR15011

Elevator Availability Notice:
Please be advised that elevator replacement work will be taking place in the building. During this time, elevators will be unavailable for use on the following dates:
Building #1: October 13, 2026 – December 12, 2026
Building #2: November 30, 2026 – January 29, 2027
We appreciate your understanding as the building undergoes these necessary improvements. Please plan accordingly during your stay, as elevator access will not be available during the dates listed above.

Pet Policy: To help us comply with our condo association's strict regulations, please note that while fully trained Service Animals are always welcome with completed pre-arrival paperwork, pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are unfortunately not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.
