This was the perfect rental for our weekend getaway! The home was clean and spacious for our group of 6 adults. You were walking distance from restaurants, shops, the trolley stop, and the beach! The hosts were responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Sunny Orange Stays and this wonderful townhome!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time here at the townhouse. It was in a great location and easy access to everything. The townhome was really beautiful and clean. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Great location, beautiful property!

We traveled to the Clearwater area for a 4 day 3 night stay and found this property to be in an ideal location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach conveniently located near convenience store, restaurants and shops. Property had a pool and 2 nice outdoor areas. We loved this and would absolutely stay again!

Host was great. Master shower didn’t. Work that great We could not use elevator. It was hard getting up the stairs with luggage to master on 3rd floor. But otherwise good.

Fun good spot right by the beach

Fit our family and friends well. Close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants. Good overall.

Beautiful with a convenient location

We booked this property for a work trip. It provided convenient access to the beach for morning walks and short travel times to Seminole, Pinellas Park, Madeira Beach, and the airport. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We each had our own space to relax and work. We'd stay here again!

Nice place to base a beach vacation

Great property conveniently located near beach. Some technical glitches while we were there due to property ownership change, but property management company very responsive. Would rent again.

Fabulous Waterfront Condo in Clearwater

The condo was perfect for me and my family for an extended weekend vacation. Very clean and spacious with all the amenities. The staff was quick to respond with all questions and requests. Would definitely rent again.

Accommodated our family well. Walking distance to just about everything. Trolley was a hit. Needed more parking. Overall would stay there again.

We stayed at Bayway Luxury Townhome for spring break and it was absolutely perfect.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or end your evening. We were entertained by the dolphins as we sat out there in the morning, they came right up to the dock, it was a peaceful and amazing scene. The house is in a nice location with just a short walk you are able to be at the beach, do some shopping or enjoy any of the wonderful restaurants. We will definitely look this house up again for another vacation.

Only complaint was only had one kitchen sized trash bag, one roll of paper towels, and one dishwashing pod for a property capable of holding 8 people for 3 nights.

The rental agreement tells you the items that we supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. One trash bag per trashcan, and 1 paper towel in the kitchen. Would stay here again

While it was just my husband and I staying as the rest of our party cancelled, this would have been plenty of space for the 6 of us. Everything you need in a great location. The only “hiccup” was the wifi password that is provided out in the open in the kitchen is incorrect. It wasn’t until the next to last day that I found the correct password in the coffee table drawer.

Great April break

Beautiful townhouse 3 floors alot of room. So clean Everything you need in the kitchen to make you feel at home. Plenty of bath towels and even beach towels. The pool was ver clean and heated. We took our grandchildren who loved the bunk bed bedroom down stairs. Every room is very spacious its in walking distance to stores, restaurants and activities including mini golf across the street the house has to be sound proof because you never heard outside noises great vacation and one of my favorite houses I have rented

Bayway Luxury

We enjoyed staying at this waterfront townhome. Very minor issues smoke alarm kept going off, but reported it right away, and someone came to address the problem immediately. The sink in the kitchen, the hot water didn't get very hot. Overall, we had a great time, located on the waterfront able to wake up looking out to the water.

Cable was not working for a day and a half. Tea pot was leaking and the dishwasher was full of water. Toilet on main floor hard to flush.

Space not great for large group

The space was not as described. We had 7 adults. The condo is laid out on 3 different floors. Narrow spaces and lots of stairs to navigate. The 4th bedroom is in the back of the garage and does NOT have a bathroom. Anyone staying in that room must walk through the garbage, into the house, and up a flight of steps to use a bathroom.

Additionally, the listing clearly details which amenities are located on each floor. The garage level does not state a bathroom is on the floor. To all reading this review, the 4th bedroom is accessed through the garage — not through the garbage. Clean, Fun and Roomy Stay!

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway last month with friends. It was very clean, nicely kept and the rooms were great. You do need to bring (or buy) additional hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper, but not a big deal. The pool was a good size for the 6 units. The location was good - it was just walking distance to Pier 60 and several bars/restaurants. It is conveniently located across from part of the beach and across from a gas station (AKA where we bought the hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels :) ). The only downside was the rooftop - it felt (I don't know how to say this) squishy and unsafe and the furniture was tatterted. That was the least of our worries, though, and we would definitely go back.
