We had the best time in the isla verde area and loved this apt. It was clean and comfortable, the access to the beach was easy and so convenient. We would stay again!

I’m not sure about the hotel staff and other host but mine was AMAZING the room was beautiful, clean, stocked, and the host responded back and reached out before during and after my stay which made me comfortable and relieved because I was extremely nervous after reading the hotel reviews!! The only thing negative was the water in the building was completely shut off when I arrived and didn’t know until it was time to use the bathroom!!!! It stayed off for about 3-4hrs, there was posting by elevators saying floors had set times to use water as they were doing repairs to fully restore water but nothing to say the water would be completely off luckily once it came back on it worked 24/7 as well as how low the ceilings are when you park in the garage and the pipes you think that you will damage the vehicle but I think the clearing is 6ft. Will definitely be back to stay again!!!!!
