Maravilla 2 Bd / 2Ba - 1er piso - ¡Servicio de playa para 4 incluidos!

Maravilla es un destino frente al Golfo superior ubicado en el área de Destin con 2. 5 acres de playa privada y es bien conocido por su ambiente familiar y comodidades. Nuestra / 2 baños condominio de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en la planta baja del edificio # 3 junto a la unidad de entrada, hacia el oeste, con un patio exterior, tanto la sala de estar y dormitorio principal desde donde se puede ver el golfo. Estás a sólo unos pasos del cruce peatonal marcado e iluminada a nuestro privado, entrada a la playa privada. Hay un paseo marítimo en el lado de la playa de Scenic Gulf Drive y camino pavimentado en el lado de condominio para caminar y andar en bicicleta. El servicio de playa en el lugar (4 sillas y 2 sombrillas) está incluido en su alquiler desde mediados de marzo hasta octubre.

Esta unidad cuenta con modernos pisos de baldosas de estilo de madera. Para su comodidad, las dos habitaciones cuentan con colchones de primera calidad con colchón tamaño king. Ambas habitaciones también tienen televisores. El baño principal incluye una ducha a ras de suelo con puertas de cristal. Se puede acceder al segundo baño desde el pasillo principal o el segundo dormitorio e incluye una combinación de bañera y ducha.

La cocina viene completo con todos sus elementos esenciales básicos, incluyendo una cafetera Keurig! Hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Nuestra sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 47 'y un reproductor de DVD para cuando decidas venir de la playa. De alta velocidad inalámbrico a Internet está incluido - gratis -, así como televisión por cable básico.

La sala de lavandería en el apartamento cuenta con lavadora y secadora Samsung de carga frontal de tamaño completo. También proporcionamos una plancha con una tabla de planchar. Y, un montón de juguetes de playa para los niños.

Second Time Back

Love the first level and being able to walk right out the back door and out to the beach which is just a short walk away! Very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back for a third time and more!

Wonderful condo with great amenities

This is our second time staying in this condo and we love it. We have been coming to Maravilla for close to 20 years and have stayed at many condos and this is one of our favorites. Very clean and the owners are wonderful to work with. We will be back next year!

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Great location. Close to several restaurants. Close to grocery stores. Close to shopping places. We really enjoyed our trip. A nice place to stay really helps in making a vacation a success. This place did all that and more.

Beautiful & great proximity to the beach!

The condo was beautiful! We have been vacationing in the Destin area for several years and this condo was the best we have stayed in. Newly updated and the 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect! We always try and reserve a condo with beach service and with 2 sets of chairs and 2 umbrellas this year, well for our family, it was heaven😊 We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again! Beautiful property in a great location!! Had a blast.

Nicely furnished condo with lots of great beach toys! Very nice beds (a HUGE bonus) and new flooring. Having nice finish out in a place you're staying for a week makes the stay that much more pleasant. Only reason not 5 stars is because the wifi was sloooowwww. Putting 4 kids in a confined space with slow wifi makes for some grumpy moments.

Piece of paradise

Richard and Lisa are amazing. Their condo is pretty, very clean, neat and has much more than we could need. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the pristine and private beach. The beach service with two sets of chair and umbrella were already set for us every morning before our arrival to the beach. The beddings and the towels are 5-star hotel quality. There were cleaning and laundry products. The condo amenities are gorgeous and very well taken care. We had a wonderful time there and will be back for sure!

Spacious, clean and wonderful condo - so close to the beach!

This was our first time to the Destin area and we could not have booked a better spot! This unit was more than we expected. Very spacious, very clean with a well appointed kitchen and even sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs etc.( that was a bonus - we had brought out own, but didn't even use them) Both bedrooms with large with comfortable king size beds with awesome, soft bedding and a nice TV in each room. I loved that we could bring our 2 dogs on our vacation with us. Having the unit on the ground floor made easy access to take the dogs out and to start our very short walk to the beach. Miramar is such a beautiful beach - the water was clear and the sand so soft and just a quick drive into Destin if we wanted a bit more activity/action. In the evenings we enjoyed the hot-tubs and swimming in the heated pool. We will definitely come back to this area and this will be our chosen unit for our next vacation. Already looking at the calendar to figure out dates.

Fantastic, Clean, Updated

You rent a place, you rent a good place, then you rent a GREAT place, which is this one! The condo was clean when we got there. Not the gritty sandy beach clean that we have had in the past. A true clean. Floor, counters, showers, bath, bedrooms, all of it! It has been updated and has been done nicely. I can't think of a single disappointment. The mattresses were comfortable. I wasn't sleeping in an indentation for a week, nothing too firm or too soft, Perfect. The private beach is across the street and is gated. A 2 minute walk. No riff raff, no tent/canopy people to block your view. The beach attendants are great too. My only fuss with the beach was waiting in a line in the morning to get your chairs/umbrellas for the day. The beach attendants check you in, take you to some chairs and umbrellas and those are yours for the day. There were extras: 2 regular chairs to bring out to the beach, there were kids beach toys in the closet, and some grilling accessories. When we come back to Destin in a couple years, I'll definitely be booking here again.

We have been visiting the Maravilla complex for over twenty years. I have stayed in numerous houses and condos on the property, and this unit was by far the cleanest and well-appointed of them all. The location is ideal. The towels were plush, the mattresses comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Thanks to Rich for being available, if needed.

Perfection… This rental was immaculate. Maybe the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. The pillows and bed were super comfortable! The ground floor location was both convenient and close to the beach… well stocked and beautifully decorated! We will definitely be bad!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The king size bed in the master bedroom needs a sturdier mattress but we still slept well. WE would definitely rent from them again.

Ideal

This property was perfect! This ground floor condo was amazing! My son, who has not been walking very long, wanted to walk outside every morning. With our location we were able to walk out on the patio and go straight to the beach every morning for the sun rise. It was great to walk to the beach everyday, any time of day. The condo was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was close enough to restaurants that we didn’t feel like we were constantly in the car. We would stay here again any time we want to go to the beach!

We have been vacationing at Maravilla since 2001. The area is dear to hearts, as this is where we got engaged! We are sure you will fall in love with the area also. Maravilla is a wonderful family friendly and relaxing condominium community. This resort complex is unique in that there is a lot of green space for kids to play. With its nearby restaurants, shopping and beautiful white sand beaches this is a excellent location that is central to all of the Destin area!
