Condominio de una habitación muy cómodo con vista parcial al mar y al jardín. Hermosos muebles de ratán en la sala de estar y comedor. Queen hide-a-bed en la sala de estar. Amplios gabinetes de cocina. El dormitorio tiene una nueva cama queen pillow top con bonitos muebles de dormitorio. Área de escritorio frente a la cocina. Gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y TV de 32 pulgadas en el dormitorio. Cocina completa bien surtida, refrigerador, cafetera, microondas, tostadora y utensilios de cocina. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very outdated & it has an odor from the furniture and carpet that needs replacing. Light bulbs were out. It was not clean, from the bedding to the blinds.Cook ware was old and rusty. Not not rent this condo!

Reviewer Comments: I learned that our unit had changed owners less than two weeks before we arrived. I am sure that the new owners have not had time to evaluate the condition and needs of our unit. They need to stay in 240 for a couple of weeks. As owners at Hale Kamaole for more than 20 years and as renters for another 20+ years we are familiar with the needs and challenges for both. This unit is one or two refreshing- and upgrading- cycles behind the best. Bathroom and kitchen in particular. I wish the new owners well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a nice stay. The unit was tired and not as clean as We would expect. The quality of the cook ware was very bad and needs thrown out. It was teal finish with all the finish flacked off. Asking the guest to wash the laundry before you leave is stupid. They should use a laundry service as the old apartment size appliances take several loads to do towels sheets and bed spread. At the end of washing the bedspread it came out without cleaner than it was on our arrival.we would return to property but not this unit.

Great spot

I spent a week at the Hale Kamaole while in Maui for some kiteboarding. While it’s a half hour drive to kite beach, it was a comfortable place, with good amenities (tennis, friendly communal BBQ spot) and a reasonable price. I don’t know if it’s always the case, but when I was there it was very quiet. I’d stay there again.

Manicured gardens were a delight and the decor and suite was perfectly clean had everything imaginable...was so quiet and restful. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a glorious time. We will request the same room as we so enjoyed the blue beach decor theme and the view form the patio. We will be back again. Highly recommend....

Maui relax-cation!

Had a great time in this spacious one bedroom condo by the beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants or a cheap Uber ride and you can be at the triangle.

Can't Get Better Than This

Inside and out, the facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and cordial. Most of the other guests were friendly and well mannered. We plan to come back many times.

Be ready to play - it’s all here!

Brilliant location! Walk across the street to Kamaole Beach III. All the toys we needed were on hand; beach umbrellas, coolers, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels. Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was the most sparsely stocked we’d ever encountered — not even a tea bag or a spot of coffee to get us through the first morning — just come prepared for that. But we were there to be outside and play and were glad to have toys over coffee! Easy parking as well

The bed was very comfortable and the nice breeze keeping the room at the perfect temperature. We were excited to find everything we needed for the beach, towels, chairs,umbrellas, etc. it would have been nicer had the kitchen been a little more well appointed. (more dishes that could go in the dishwasher and more salt and pepper). We did enjoy using the bbq facilities. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: This place was so poorly furnished from the towels to the furniture, dirty carpets, etc. I don't think a single towel in the place matches and the white towels look like they were used to clean the car tires. The carpet is very stained throughout and even roaches in the unit. It is also very noisy with a unit above. I come to Maui every month and will not stay here again. There was a leftover mason jar of some kind of drink in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Lovely grounds, great location.

We love the south Kihei location. The grounds and pool area are nicely maintained. The unit was a nice size for one bedroom. We had plenty of space and furnishings. There was plenty of beach equipment. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom. It is awkward to get dishes out of the cupboards as they are quite high. I would rearrange those for sure. The bathroom tub/shower was a challenge and needs maintenance. The water is very difficult to turn on, required both hands and strength. The shower spicket is also difficult to move up and down. Very difficult. Something is not right about it. We did have to kill a few cockroaches, nothing extreme. All this said, I would stay here again. We managed the difficulties and had a great time.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious and the Hale Kamaole grounds, pool and barbecue area was very nicely maintained. The tub and shower fixture was a real challenge. It was difficult to turn the water on and raise the shower lever. It will be sad and stressful if it breaks completely while a guest is there. We love the south Kihei location. We would stay here again.

Our first year to spend a month at the Hale Kamaole

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Kihei for 5 years now to spend the month of November and this is the first year we have on the recommendation of a friend who stays there, booked Hale Kamaole for our visit. I loved it very much. It is such a quiet and peaceful setting. Our unit was good and the price reflected it very adequately. I was very happy with everything. My desire is to return next year for another month, but we will see how our family dynamics play out. Our children and grandchildren were in the unit right next door to us for a portion of our stay and they had a lovely unit and a lovely stay also. Keep up the great work you do at your complex. Everything was booked with ease and our stay was very enjoyable. I have and will recommend your complex to anyone that I meet in need of a place to stay. THANK YOU AGAIN.
