This one bedroom one bath condo provides you with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! You will be steps from the beach, a heated pool and various resort amenities for you to use.

The apartment has been completely renovated with modern appliances in the kitchen and a wine fridge in the living area. Smart TV in the living area and a wonderful view from your private balcony. Sleeping for 4 with a King suite bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living area.

There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating. The resort offers shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables.

Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment including beach chairs, a buggy and an umbrella. You will also have a digital parking pass for one passenger vehicle.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

Please note* the HOA over the summer is currently updating hallways with interior painting and new carpet. They will also be painting the exterior of the condos. You may see workers and occasional brief detours in the halls, though access to your condo will always be maintained. There is also potential for daytime noise during this work. Thank you for understanding!
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
