This recently renovated condo is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, including a washer and dryer located on the enclosed balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. After a day of fun, relax on your private balcony while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The condo is perfect for unwinding, with HDTV and Roku, board games.

Guests have access to one private parking spot at least 11ft wide (3.35 meters).

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
