Escape to paradise in this newly renovated beachfront one-bedroom, one-bathroom home - a corner condo perfectly situated directly on Garden City Beach! You will enjoy uninterrupted ocean views directly from the living room and beachfront balcony. What will make your experience so unique is the home’s easy access to the beach and the pool. This home is fully updated and ready for your visit.

Beyond the beach, you can enjoy fresh catch at the Garden City Pier, explore the vibrant town of Murrells Inlet and experience the charm of the Marsh Walk. Stroll along the wooden boardwalk, lined with an array of restaurants offering fresh seafood and breathtaking water views. You can enjoy boat tours, dolphin watching excursions, or rent kayaks and paddle through the scenic inlets.

Are you a thrill-seeker? A variety of water sports rentals are available nearby for your enjoyment, while families will love the nearby amusement parks and miniature golf courses. Craving a delicious meal? You don't have to go far or you can have meals delivered directly to your door! Take advantage of food service delivery and savor a variety of cuisines from the comfort of the condo.

Once parked, you can access the second floor by elevator or stairs. They can both be found on the front side of the building near the laundry area.

Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and turn right towards the ocean. Unit 1201 is the first unit at the end of the walkway.

Your access code to enter the condo will be provided before your arrival.

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests.

Living Area: Spacious oceanfront sitting area with a sleeper sofa, 85-inch smart TV and 100-inch electric fireplace - all with direct ocean views.

Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans and upgraded appliances. The coffee machine offers both brewed and k-cup options and we provide coffee for your first morning.

Bedroom: King bed with plush bedding, a 55-inch smart tv and storage.

Linens Provided: Linens are provided - including bed linens for the bedroom; bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and make-up wash cloths in the bathroom; and a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels and dish detergent are provided. We do not provide complimentary beach towels, but they can be purchased. See below:

Parking is available both under and around the building. It is complimentary for guests at the home on a first come, first served basis and a vehicle parking pass will be made available upon arrival.

Must stay again! Very clean and has a killer wall fireplace. The stay was quiet and the view was to die for. The hosts made contact a breeze. Very gracious and provided a board with local recommendations. This was a first to see & a great idea. Nothing negative to say. I will return!

We did a quick weekend getaway in the winter with no kids. This condo was the perfect size for two people, and the remodel was done incredibly well. There were little touches throughout the condo that made it extra cozy and a nice place to stay. Communication with the hosts was incredibly easy as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Clean, newly renovated and great view. The Bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Ken is a great host. He responded very quickly to any questions that we had. Im sure we'll visit here again soon.
