Beautifully appointed with nicely functional kitchen, ample counter space, spacious living room and oceanfront balcony great for relaxing with your favorite beverages morning and evening. Take in the beautiful ocean view or make the short stroll to the neighboring pier for some live entertainment. This popular condo is perfect for an enjoyable family vacation or a romantic getaway. This property has an oceanside pool, small play area, private beach access, and coin operated laundry facility in the building and is conveniently located for shopping, attractions, the marsh, golf and restaurants.

Fabulous location on the beach - covered parking was a plus! The hosts, Jeffrey & Shelley, rescued this damsel in distress upon arrival - it was pilot error & I really appreciated their promptness! Condo was clean & neat & all appliances in working order. I would stay again!

Everything about this place is absolutely fantastic. Great view of the ocean and surrounded by great entertainment, food and shopping. We will definitely be back next summer.

We chose ocean front condo for convenience and close proximity to Garden City Pier! We were able walk a few yards to listen to bands at either end of pier. Condo nice and clean and met the needs of 3 ladies away for a long weekend. We had what we needed and were not disappointed.Restaurants and bars within walking distance.Cons….Parking is a challenge but there is access to a lot on next street. We flew in but got a car for one day.No elevator - a bit inconvenient when unpacking and packing car, otherwise fine for us.Could use a new hairdryer :)We would stay again without hesitation!Lisa, Kim & Sharon

From the moment we arrived, this beach condo completely won us over! It’s adorable, spotless, and so thoughtfully decorated that it instantly feels like your own seaside retreat. Every little detail — from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen — made our stay comfortable and stress-free.The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, so we could start and end our days with ocean breezes and the sound of waves. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. You’re steps away from the Garden City pier, that provides live music, fishing, and an indoor arcade. The condo was perfect and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.The owner’s hospitality really shined — Jeff and his wife made check-in seamless, and their communication over our stay was excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We left with full hearts, sandy toes, and wonderful memories. Highly recommend this little gem for anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and perfectly located beach escape!

Clean, great location, exactly as advertised. If I had to critique something, more bathroom towels or same number of towels but larger in size. Also, more toilet paper and another role of paper towels.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great stay at this condo. The view was amazing, the property was very clean and had just we needed for a weekend trip. Walking distance to the pier, and several restaurants and stores. The parking area is very tight, we luckily were able to park in a spot under the condos each night.We will definitely stay here again!

The property was lovely and the property manager communicated with me the entire time. They were so kind and courteous. My husband had to leave our vacation early so it was just my son and I. One night we can in late and there was no visible parking available. I contacted the property manager (even though it was late) they were able to help me and was not even upset about the time. It gave me so much peace of mind that they were there to help me and were happy to help me. You guys are rockstars. Thank you again

This property would accommodate a solo person or maybe a couple. For a mom and two tall teenage boys it was way too small. The constant stress of worrying about if we could find a parking space when we returned from an outing wasn’t fun. The dumpster in the parking lot was constantly over flowing and disgusting. The closet down by the pool area that we were suppose to have access to…the lock thing that held the key.. the combination did not work so it sucked having to put all of our beach stuff in our truck or lug it up two flights of stairs. There were maybe two sets of bath towels…the blind in the bedroom kept falling down and a knob in the kitchen on one of the drawers was totally stripped. Also feel there was a lot of useless clutter in the cabinets and drawers in kitchen. The pull out couch sofa bed felt like a black hole. I am not a negative person but have learned to be honest and transparent when it comes to spending my money. Considering the amount I paid for this place, I was disappointed.

The condo was small but nice—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Very convenient to local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It was a pleasant surprise to find an arcade still around with vintage games—such a nostalgic touch!The beach was lovely and not too crowded during most of our stay, though it did get packed by Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat diminished by neighboring condo guests who chain-smoked and blasted music without any consideration for others. It’s disappointing when people come to enjoy the fresh ocean air, only to be surrounded by smoke and noise—especially with young children around. Overall good experience, great communication with owners, convenient access with no check-in

We had a 4 day stay at this condo and it was the best! Location was amazing! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay! I love the bunk bed area! Sitting on the back porch was my favorite part!

Enjoyable stay

Stayed for 10 days labor day week. Nice location if you want to be close to the action. Enjoyed the sunrise from the deck, and listening to the music from the pier music

Perfect location!

The condo is small but perfect for a family of four. The bed and couch may need an upgrade because they aren’t very comfortable. If you are planning on using the couch pull out I would advise only children using it unless you like bars in your back. Also the burners on the stove need changing as they aren’t level which made cooking hard. ALL THAT BEING SAID… the condo was clean and is in the perfect location. Short walk to beach, pier, and arcade won us over. Also the view is to die for. Perfect spot for a short getaway.

July Vacation

Awesome location!!! Great condo- small but there was plenty of room for my family (me, my husband, my daughter and 3 year old grandson). Everything needed was there for our 4 night stay!! Will be staying here again.
