● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas
● Beach access: Less than a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
Captain Hook offers a spacious and comfortable layout, perfect for families or groups to spread out and relax. The ground floor features a unique U-shaped room, combining a living area with a full-size sleeper sofa on one side and a fun twin-over-full bunk bed on the other. There`s also a convenient bathroom on this level.
Head upstairs and be greeted by a bright and airy main living room. Two inviting bedrooms are located just before the galley kitchen. One offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the other boasts two comfortable queen beds and a twin bunk bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests. Two sparkling bathrooms are conveniently situated next to these bedrooms.
Through the kitchen, you`ll discover two more bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat after a day of fun in the sun. One features a plush king-size bed and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a delightful ocean breeze. The other provides ample space with two queen-size beds.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the inviting front porch, a perfect spot to unwind and chat with loved ones. For some outdoor fun, head to the fenced-in side yard, ideal for children and pets to safely play. Skip the hassle of lugging beach gear! Captain Hook is conveniently located just a short two-minute drive from the beach access point. Spend your days soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and splashing in the waves. When it`s time to unwind, Captain Hook will be waiting to welcome you back with open arms.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
