Our 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished and perfect for anyone who just wants to settle in and feel at home. You’ll find a cozy bedroom, clean and simple bathroom, full kitchen, and a relaxed living room — all set up with comfort in mind.



The Space:

Our unit is on the second floor (stair access only), with a comfy living area that has a sofa and TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Wi-Fi’s included and works great throughout the space.



The kitchen has the basics for home cooking—stove, oven, fridge, and a dining table if you’re staying in for a meal. The king-sized bed is soft and inviting, and the bathroom is private, tidy, and stocked with essentials.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the vibrant Lake View neighborhood, this location offers a blend of urban convenience and residential charm. Known for its tree-lined streets and historic architecture, Lake View is home to a diverse community and a variety of local amenities. The area boasts a plethora of dining options, boutique shops, and cultural attractions, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.

Cats are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet. Cats may not be left unattended unless properly crated and must observe designated quiet hours. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed on furniture.



Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.



We may also request a quick ID check and some basic info before finalizing your reservation.



Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
