Parking was not the best, have to know how to parallel park at the front. Overall, it was a great weekend stay for us, clean, (except for the drywall shavings on the floor in some places) comfortable bed and space, and the neighbors upstairs were very loud and could hear every step they took but it was perfect for us. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small comfortable space for your trip! Again the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!

Ola’s place was so great! It looks to be brand new and it was so clean. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Ola was extremely communicative and he was a great host. Would definitely book again when coming back to the city. Couldn’t say more great things about this stay!

Wonderful newly updated property. Beautiful decor and furnishings. For us it was a great location. The owners are totally responsive to the needs of their guests. The internet went out (provider issue not owners) and we got an immediate response to our email. We felt safe and secure in the garden apartment. Note that parking can be difficult but not impossible.

This property is in a good location near Wrigley field. Also 20minutes to downtown. Parking is on the street but open spots were always available. Unit itself is clean and updated. The only thing needed is an automatic dishwasher. We enjoyed the patio outback. A park is within walking distance. Host checked with us to see if we needed anything. I recommend this unit and will use it again

Things to know about this place before you book

You pay a cleaning fee but you have to clean the place yourself and the community door and apartment code are the same so anyone that knows the outside door code can access your place.

To clarify, our guests are never asked to clean the entire unit. We simply ask that dirty towels be placed in the washing machine and started.
