Welcome to this beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the highly desirable Marsh Lake neighborhood of Debordieu Colony. Ideally located just minutes from the beach and seconds from the golf clubhouse by golf cart, this villa offers both convenience and luxury.
Step inside to a spacious, light-filled interior featuring an open floor plan perfect for entertaining and large family gatherings. The expansive living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, kitchen, and an additional sitting space, ideal for relaxation or conversation.
French doors lead from the great room to one of the largest decks in Marsh Lake, where you can enjoy peaceful views of the lake and marsh. Whether you are sipping coffee at sunrise, reading in the afternoon sun, or stargazing in the evening, this outdoor space is your private retreat.
The primary suite is generously sized and includes a king bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a king bed, and the third offers two twin beds, perfect for families or guests.
The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing delicious meals and includes a breakfast bar, coffee pot/Keurig combo, blender, toaster, and all the essentials. Ceiling fans are located throughout the villa for comfort, and each bedroom is outfitted with its own TV. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach.
Guests also have access to Marsh Lake’s private pool, exclusively available to Marsh Lake villa homeowners and guests.
This property has a SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP that provides access to both community pools, pickleball and dining. Club membership can be obtained through DeBordieu directly and is subject to a $200 per day fee. Additionally, a $250 VayK Gear credit is included with the home, which can be used to rent bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. All gear is available for delivery the day you arrive.
