This two-story, four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat was designed with relaxation in mind, featuring a private pool, a complimentary six-seater golf cart, and stylish interiors that reflect the laid-back luxury of the Emerald Coast.

Step inside to an open-concept living area with warm wood floors, relaxed coastal decor, and soft natural light. The layout offers plenty of space for gathering while still feeling cozy and inviting. An electric fireplace adds ambiance to the living room, where a plush sectional and large TV create the perfect spot for movie nights or post-beach lounging. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table that seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island nearby. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The first-floor primary suite includes a king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A convenient powder room is also located on the first level. Upstairs, you'll find two more king guest bedrooms—each bright, serene, and thoughtfully appointed—as well as a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo connects the two king guest rooms, making this layout ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Out back, your private oasis awaits. The sparkling pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and a covered patio with outdoor seating—perfect for sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings. The pool can also be heated in the cooler months, extending the fun year-round. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a casual dinner outside, or hop in the included golf cart and head to the nearby beach access for a sunset stroll.

Turtle Cove is ideally located just off Scenic Highway 98 in the sought-after Villas of Frangista community. Whale's Tail, a local favorite for beachfront dining, is just minutes away, and popular attractions like Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, and Baytowne Wharf are all within a short drive.

Personal chairs and umbrellas may not be set up in front of the onsite beach service chairs on the water side. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent through the onsite beach service.
