Again this aint the Four Seasons- it’s an old awesome beach house. The air conditioning isn’t perfect. The floors creek- but it’s gorgeous and old school Ocean City.

Please note-This historic house is better suited for adults. Children are permitted but this house is better equipped to host friend group rather than families with young children.

Step into a spacious, turn-of-the-century retreat on a quiet North End Street. This property, built in 1911, oozes historic charm with its original woodwork, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Set on a large corner lot, the unit comes with a huge private yard ). A broad porch and sunny patio overlook the yard, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings under the stars

Inside, the living spaces feel open and bright: multiple gathering rooms (living room, dining area, den/TV room) provide plenty of space for relaxation and fun

With 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s room for the whole family (and friends!) here.
Plenty of seating for outdoor gatherings or lazy mornings under the sun.

Being in a single-family property on a quiet street makes you feel at home, but you are close to everything. 10-minute walk to beach, boardwalk & downtown. Less than 5 minutes to the weekly farmers market on Wednesday mornings.

Shopping, restaurants, and the famous Ocean City boardwalk are easily reached on foot, so you can enjoy live entertainment, mini-golf, and saltwater taffy in the evenings. During the day, the peaceful North End beach awaits – and after a fun-filled beach day, you’ll love coming back to this comfortable home base.

Back home, gather around the picnic table for board games and storytelling.

The house is a corner lot and there is free street parking. Very easy to park on week days.
