Will not stay again.

While the property itself was nice, there was problem after problem for us. Upon check in, our room code would not work. My family of 10 had to sit outside the room with our luggage for 2 hours, until they could sort out the problem. The front desk person was rude & was annoyed to have to help us. To be fair to her, she was the only one working & overwhelmed. Both of our showers had mold/mildew, had paint pealing off the doors, & there were zero wash cloths for 10 people. We discovered that the dish washer was broken, after water started pouring on the floor 10min after starting it. This was apparently a problem they knew about, because someone came to fix it the night before we left, even though we never complained about it. I just decided to hand washed the dishes at that point. We were also not told someone was coming to fix anything in the room. We just walked in to a stranger in our condo. .. We stay in this area 3-4 times a year, and I have never left a bad review. However, I would not want someone else to pay the amount of money we paid, to get this kind of experience with their family on vacation.

Phoenix III Unit 3509 is a gem!

Let me tell you what--this place is a gem! -Corner unit, so there is added privacy. -Ample room for a crowd -Beautifully decorated! They spared no expense! -Great seaside views -Excellent food options across the street -Well stocked kitchen with all the essential tools to whip up a culinary masterpiece The level of communication was excellent beforehand--I knew exactly what I was getting with this unit, and let me tell you--me and my friends had a great time! 110% would rent again!

My experience at this condo was very enjoyable & relaxing! I could go on and on for days about what I enjoyed because there's so much. Of course what I enjoyed most was the beautiful view of the ocean but another thing that I really appreciated was the setup - the half wrapped balcony which joined to the kitchen/living area with the rooms being on the opposite end. Very spacey rooms with plenty of sleeping area (one room having 2 queen beds). Perfect setup for all ages! Also, when I'm on vacation I don't want the responsibly of cleaning before I vacay. The entire place was very clean and welcoming!!!

Fabulous balcony- great size unit

The unit itself was a great size. We are a family of 5, 3 teens and 2 adults. We had plenty of space. The balcony is fabulous. We had plenty of room to sit in the living area and around the table for card games. The guest bath is a little small, but served its purpose. The only negative about the unit itself was that over 1/2 of the vertical blind slats were missing. We didn't have anyone sleeping on the sleeper, but if you did, you would be up with the sun. The unit across from us could also see in all night. I will say that Pheonix III is an older property. The lobby area smells of a mixture of chlorine, bleach and mildew. The elevators take forever. But the location on the gulf was pretty. Overall, it was a great stay.

Orange Beach Condo

We found this unit exceptional, excellent condition and clean, beds were great. We had 7 adults and found it very accommodating. Excellent view and location. Would highly recommend. Orange Beach is outstanding.
