Unidad 1203 es un precioso, actualizado 2 dormitorios, 2 baños frente al Golfo unidad. Con un plano de planta dividida y enorme balcón, es como poseer su propio pedazo privado de la playa!

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a sólo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa y sólo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium!

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Absolutely Amazing Condo! Convenient with a Beautiful View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh my goodness, this condo was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and an infant. We had a smaller size pack and play for our granddaughter to nap/sleep in which fit in the main bathroom. We brought a monitor along so we could close the door and hear her from the deck and bedrooms when she woke up. It was very clean, updated and so close to the pool and beach! Having a full kitchen was wonderful so we could cook a couple of meals. The laundry was also a huge plus! Ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. The balcony provided and great place to hang out with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. We even watched the fireworks from the pier one evening. Two additional family members that stayed close by were able to hang out with us in the evenings in the family room. It was cozy and felt like home! I highly recommend the Nautilus and especially this unit. If we are blessed to visit this area again, I will rent this same space. The communication from management was spot on! Several emails and text messages

Great place

This was a great property. Very clean and and awesome location. Our only compliment was the excessive amout of smoking at the pool the whole time we were there. It was so bad, we couldn't enjoy it.

She loved that she didn't have to get her feet sandy to enjoy the beach. The balcony was what made me rent this particular condo. It is close enough to hear the waves and feel the breeze. Great location, terrible managment

We arrived with no problem, but once we opened the door to the condo. There was an overwhelming stench of mold and mildew. We went to purchase some Lysol and Febreze to cover the awful smell until we got maintenance to come in the morning. He arrived with 2 Damp Rid buckets. I let him know that we had a guest with a serious mold and mildew allergy. He then brought up and air purifier and a large noisy dirty dehumidifier machine that was put in the kitchen because the tubes had to run into the sink. I appreciated his efforts but we all know once that smell is there, the condo has a problem. I reached back out to the manager to let her know that we did have a guest with an allergy problem who was having trouble and that we did not expect to have to spend our relaxing week at the beach with this dirty dehumidifier in the kitchen, making it impossible to have a peaceful meal And enjoy being inside the condo. The response was that the maintenance man came back up to offer to take the dehumidifier from the condo. Our feelings were that that would only help the problem get worse again. She never responded to the email herself, or came to meet with us. We were never offered a different condo or some sort of discount being that our stay was different than what was we paid for. Very disappointed. Will return to the area but not that building.

Works great for families due to the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. Love the decor, it’s not overly done. This allows you to put your vacation things where needed. The only thing , needs me blender and the prices are going up every year. Not sure how many more trips, we can make to this property. We have vacationed to this condo for close to 20yrs.

Its high enough up that your kids are not in danger but cannot get out without you knowing. We will be back to this unit again!The only negative is the fine print on toilet paper and trash bags. Bring your own because two rolls per unit goes pretty darn quick.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nautilus 1203 for our first trip to the Emerald Coast. The unit was plenty big enough for the two of us and could have easily held 2 more. The large balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. Communications with the property manager we’re both easy and quick. The only slight downside was the bed. There’s no box spring (just sits on a flat base) so it’s not the most comfortable to sleep on.

Perfection!

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay was. The unit was immaculately clean, well stocked, and had an amazing view. The balcony had such comfortable furniture. Our check-in process was quick and simple, and we were even able to check in a little early. We have already begun plans to reserve this unit again next year. This was a perfect vacation location.

For the past several years we have stayed in unit 1203. We love having the two full size beds in the second bedroom. Love the decor, it is stylish without being overdone. It's always clean and we have our privacy.
