Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a sólo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa y sólo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium!

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Great Getaway!

Nice Getaway

Cozy unit with nice views. Big kitchen. Easy beach access. The master bathroom shower and deck furniture needs updates. Overall nice unit. Management was easy to work with for booking, check in and check out process.

Cleanliness was better than previous reviews

I had read the reviews on how the Unit wasn’t cleaned well so I was really worried . I brought with us all kinds of cleaning supplies . While my husband unpacked car I wiped everything down with antibacterial cleanser and Microban . I was pleasantly surprised that things were clean . My cleaning felt like wasted time . I feel the previous reviews must have helped . NOW the Carpet !! Please please get new flooring ! This condo would be so so much nicer and not get as many bad reviews if only that carpet was gone ! I suggest to Bring your slip on shoes and and plan to have them on the whole time you are on that carpet . All in all the stay was great as we were there for the beach and our Family that were at other condos throughout the island .

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and great location! Condo could use some updates. Carpet needs to be replaced and several outlets are very old and do not work. Overall it was a great stay!

We have stayed at several condos on the island plus in Destin and Panama City ! We were very very disappointed in this unit very outdated and in need of serious repairs definitely not worth the money we spent on this trip !!! We most definitely will not ever stay at this complex again !

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When booking this unit - we booked it based on the pictures alone because of how well kept it looked. This specific unit wasn’t the greatest. I had other family members stay in a different unit and it was night & day compared to ours. The view of the ocean was fantastic in the unit. I understand that not all condominiums can be a 5 star hotel but for the price that is charged - there should be no reason why trim was broke, dirty socks were under the table if the unit was cleaned, food wrappers under the pull out sofa from a previous stay - carpet was terrible, sone bed sheets still had stains on them & that in one of the bathroom showers to turn on the cold water a knife had to be used to get the knob to turn. It’s things like this that should be updated to make a stay more enjoyable.

Great Stay!

Location: Location was great there at Nautilus. The location was easy to get to off the main road and I never had a problem with parking. Rooms: The rooms were spacious and enough for my family. The master bed was comfortable. Issues: The only issue I had was with the master bathroom. The cold water shutoff never worked correctly and should have been addressed. It was extremely difficult to turn off the cold water as the knob was completely malfunctioning. Would I stay here again: Yes I definitely still would, The view was awesome in the morning

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Nautilus personnel was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning service that is used should be evaluated. When we arrived, there was trash all over the floor to the point that I needed to vacuum the entire unit before unpacking. There was also pieces of food left in the sink from the previous guest. The unit needs a lot of updates but the cleanliness was a major factor.

We will definitely stay here again. Master bedroom was so comfy, our guests said the guest room mattress and pillows were not.

Gross. Beware. Spend your money elsewhere!

First I’d say, check in/out was easy & the girl @ front desk was nice. It IS right off the beach, so thats good. But other than that... I don’t even know where to begin. We HONESTLY chose this place based on reviews & I honestly don’t know how there are SO many reviews saying this condo was “spotless”! This condo was probably the grossest condo Iv ever stayed in!!! First walking in, the ceilings are LOW, to the right there’s a super dusty old shelf, to the left, a bathroom & the first bedroom, the floors had NOT been swept or mopped in Idk how long, They were gross. 1st bathroom was clean, floors not. First bedroom, bed sheets were clean, but nothing else on bed but fitted sheet and pillows. The bed was SO soft and wonky and made so much noise. It felt like it was falling apart. There was a couch in the corner and it was loosely covered by an old, stained red cover, we lifted it and the couch was old and stained too! The pillows there flat and stained as well, so disgusting. The floors had not been vacuumed and we’re dirty and stained, how I know? My toddler found a red pill, I’m assuming was ibuprofen left by a past visitor and almost put it in his mouth. The window sills were dirty w/ dead bugs. The counters in kitchen & bathrooms were wiped down & cleaned & the sheets, probably the only things actually cleaned in the whole condo. Kitchen is super outdated but you can see that in the pics, dishes and utensils were old/cheap. Coffee maker was so dirty, cleaned before using and good thing I did! Fridge was clean. Dining area, seats were so stained & dirty. The carpet was FILTHY. We kept our shoes on the entire time. Couch was stained and dirty, so were the pillows. The coffee table was dirty with finger prints, crumbs, and outlet cover was on it, we found out it went to an exposed outlet in the living room, the sliding door was covered in children’s hand prints, the sliding door tracks were filthy w/ dirt & bugs, the latch was rusty? it was hard to open/close. All around the condo the boarder/trim was either coming off, calk pealing or it was broken off in some places! The master bedroom was ok, pillows, again, disgusting! Stained with drool. Bed SO soft. The items in condo seem barely passable, they’re rusty, old, practically falling apart. They charge SO much on cleaning fee PER stay & they can’t ever clean the carpet or replace the pillows? This place needs a DEEP clean. If it wasn’t cleaned already, there was no point in informing the office!

The actual unit could use a little updating and as far as cleanliness, it could use a little more attention to detail, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The elevator that we used to travel, closer to our room had clearly been urinated in by someone. 🤢 This wasn’t anyone’s fault other than the person who did it, but we didn’t realize it until my little ones had stepped all in it and were back in the condo. There were plenty of linens and towels. The beds were super comfy and the view was to die for! We will definitely book with Nautilus again.

Nice Property

The manager of the property, Cheryl, is amazing and very accommodating. Even when the property owner backed out last minute and wouldn’t let us stay in their unit (probably COVID paranoia) they moved us to another unit with ease. Our stay was very enjoyable.

The managers were very polite and took great care of us, even after the beach was closed.

When we booked this unit, we did not realize there was construction taking place. However, the managers there took very good care of us. The only thing I would say about this unit is that it needs a little updating and new carpet. But, the view was great and everything that we needed was supplied. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nautilus Winter Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus. The Staff-Linda,Jamie, Bill and Keith were extremely professional and helpful in every way. The condo was adequate, but could use some additional updates. Mainly the carpet really needs replaced. The living room furniture was new and beachy, the master king bed was very comfortable. A few suggestions, you need fewer decorator pillows, and more bed pillow choices. Also the closet in guest bedroom needs cleaned out for more room for renters. We really would have loved to have had the use of the small drink refrigerator in kitchen. Also, because the large lock on that refrigerator stuck out on the floor, we were constantly hitting our toe on it.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th stay at the Nautilus, but our first experience with not going with a 3rd party rental company and actually went thru the condo. The air conditioning was very noisy, maintenance came very quick, but said it’s the motor making the screeching sound. Was quieted a teeny bit, but was still very annoying. The couch was very soiled, washed an extra blanket and put over the couch so wouldn’t have to sit on it🤮the carpet had not been swept at all... no streaks from vacuuming and nail clippings found on the carpet. The beds were clean and comfortable. Master bathroom mirror and not been wiped, soap scum in the corners of mirror where the sinks were. I would stay at the Nautilus again, but definitely getting a different room. Sorry to be negative, but you don’t know unless we tell you🙁 decided to pick my battles and after maintenance was called once and was not really resolved, no point let them know of the other things.
