The host was amazing - she kept us timely informed. We had one issue with the washer and she got a service tech there quickly. A few more cleaning supplies would be helpful especially for longer stay folks like us. Would highly recommend this property and hosts.

Wonderful house and location

The house was beautiful and conveniently located to many beaches and sights. Kim provided recommendations on places to eat and things to do. All were wonderful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Kim was an exceptional host! She was great at communicating providing answers to any questions I had. The house had so many amenities and personal touches like towels for the pool and the beach, chairs for the beach, ice chest to take to the beach and a book with recommendations in the house. The air conditioners worked great there are fans in every room. In the primary bedroom there were chargers for your phone, watch and my headphones. Because we were getting to the house very late I even asked if the homeowner could provide basics in the refrigerator which she provided eggs bread even bacon. There’s a grocery store a few miles up the road that has everything you’ll need. This is a gated community so you can’t DoorDash or Instacart anything which worked fine with us. I felt very safe being that we were in a gated community. The homeowner provided everything you needed from paper towel towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent and shampoo conditioner and body wash. Anybody who stays here will have a pleasant time. You are very close to the Aguadilla airport so you will hear planes throughout the day. The checkout was very simple Kim gives you easy instructions like pulling the sheets throwing away everything in the refrigerator and throwing out the trash. I can’t wait to come back here again!

Amazing place with stunning views

This property is amazing - perfect for 2-3 couples! We loved the neighborhood and how close we were to the best beaches and restaurants. Kim is AMAZING to work with. I can’t recommend this property enough!!

Great stay in Aguadilla!

We had a great stay at this wonderful house in Aguadilla. The house is beautiful and the views are fantastic and stocked with anything we needed. Close to restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy with beach options nearby. The owner was very helpful and provided COVID related travel guidance before our flight from NC and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible

Loved every single second of our stay here. Owner was extremely easy to connect with, property itself is clean and lovely. The VIEWS!!! Absolutely perfect place for our honeymoon - I didn't want to leave. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and was very quiet. You're an easy drive to lots of great restaurants and beaches. 100% will be booking this house again.

Exceptional rental house. Kim and Carl have done an outstanding job and were a pleasure.

This house is exceptional, very clean, well stocked, spacious and beautiful! Amazing views in most rooms. Pool is beautiful and the area is amazing. Shacks beach is just below the house and was very nice. Great local beaches to surf and relax. Great local food as well at Palmas Cafe and Umas. We will definately be returning! Really amazing place that the pictures don’t do justice

Ocean views and the lovely pool were highlights of this house. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The house has everything you could want - beach chairs, yoga mats, lounge chairs, beach cooler and beach chairs etc etc. Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, convenient location and really responsive and helpful host. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to stay again.

What a beautiful well kept home! We had a great time and everything was even better than anticipated. (Almost) flawless vacation

This house is incredible. The ocean views, the pool, the comfy beds, etc. Our party of 5 made this our home base to explore this part of the island. Walked to Icons for coffee and Beer Box for drinks. Drove to Shacks, Playa Guajataca, and Jobos beaches (nearby) and also drove to many Rincon beaches and attractions. Check-in was easy, communication was great. Only thing to spoil a perfect week was the pair of earthquakes. We left 24 hours later, but felt heartache for the many Puerto Rican’s who have to suffer another natural disaster.

Absolutely Stunning

Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful and the ocean views / sunsets are stunning. The house is very clean and seems as if every guest need is thought of. We loved the outside areas which included a wash down area for our surf gear and also a foot wash right before entering the house. There are even beach towels and beach chairs which we used to go to Crash Boat Beach. The neighborhood is very safe in a gated community but super close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drives to the surf breaks and also the store. Our communication with the owner was a breeze and made our stay excellent. Highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing Experience in Aguacate!

We spent a week at Kim's house in Aguacate and it was fantastic! The house is even nicer than in the photos - it's clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners are thoughtful and responsive. We were amazed by the gorgeous variety of birds around the property and discovered that the house had binoculars, which we enjoyed immensely. Kestrals, red-tailed hawks, woodpeckers, bullfinches, flycatchers. The wind keeps the home cool and the bugs away. The pool was perfect. The view off the second-floor deck never gets old. The stars are amazing. The home is located in a great spot - close to restaurants, pharmacy, food trucks, and the beach. Playa Jobos and Playa Montana were so much fun and easy to get to. We loved our time at this home and in Puerto Rico and would love to visit again!

Immaculate.

Fresh. Super Clean. Elegantly tasteful. Perfectly organized. Beyond well-stocked kitchen. Quality linens. Comfortable beds. Nice spacious bathrooms. Cool pool. Multiple hangout spots with amazing views. Whale watching from the deck (we were there in March). Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to beaches, activities, groceries and good restaurants. Great communication with owner and prompt to return deposit. They also gave us a great list of current recommendations. The best house we have found in Aguadilla in 10 years. The best by far. We hope to stay here again and again. Thanks so much, Kim! I'll be dreaming of that view until the next time....

Second Time Around

Again, this property delivered. House was well appointed with everything you needed for a great vacation. Neighborhood was quiet and house was easy to locate. There are many restaurants in the area but we chose to just hang out most nights. It was so relaxing that you did not want to leave the lovely pool with the great view.

We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures are accurate and the home is beautiful with tons of space to relax and hang out. Although it was just the two of us, it's definitely spacious enough for 3 couples or a family. Both the full bathrooms are identical in design with double sinks and a large, walk-in shower. Closet space is great with plenty of hangers; there are several shelves in the closet in lieu of drawers. Because of its location, there's almost always a breeze, so keeping the windows open when it's not raining is key to balancing the heat (depending on what time of year you're there). There is also a ceiling fan in every room to assist with air flow. We went for the first 10 days of June, so it was 84-88 daily and humid the entire time, but we were prepared for it. If you focus on letting yourself adjust to it, you'll get used to the heat and won't need the air conditioning. The sun rises and sets early, so if you're not an early bird, be prepared. At the time we were there, it rose before 6 AM and it was dark by 7:30 PM. The birds are always chirping and reminding you that you're in paradise. This is a home in a safe, normal, family subdivision, so you will hear kids playing and dogs barking. Neighbors were all friendly and most are super quiet to the point you don't even know they're there. Because it's their home, it has all the amenities one would normally expect for a home (e.g. washer, dryer, clothesline, beach chairs, kitchen accessories). We used the clothesline to dry most of our items since it's just as fast as a dryer and doesn't heat up the house. There's a local grocery store 5 minutes or less from the house and tons of good restaurants. We only ate out half the time to save money. Tuluum is amazing! On Wednesdays the Plaza de Mercado de Isabela has an outdoor market with music, local vendors, and food. Get there early! Kim is very comprehensive in her communication, so we often referred back to her messages, but there's also a binder on the coffee table with instructions and guidance. You can literally see and hear the ocean from most spots in the house; my favorite was when you're sitting by the pool, it's awesome. There are several beaches close by and Kim is very helpful in assisting you with which ones are best for your needs. They're all beautiful, of course, but we liked Crashboat the most for snorkeling -- you have to swim to the left/south past the sandy part to see the fish. Get there before 9 AM! It's a great place to stay!

Everything was fantastic

Everything about our stay was great. The views are fantastic! It’s close to beautiful beaches and many delicious restaurants. The owner is fantastic with keeping in touch and providing recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and relaxing

Kim and Carl’s house was the perfect get away for me and my significant other. Absolutely beautiful furnishings inside and views outside meant it had everything we could need. We loved the pool! Kim was helpful with info to get into the country and even offered extended time if needed with weather issues heading out. Very hospitable and appreciated! Perfect stay and left feeling very relaxed

Beautiful but a nightmare.

The house and neighborhood was beautiful. The views are out of this world but the neighbors and people in the community are extremely judgemental. You would think if you pay to stay at a place you’d get the decency to have privacy but we were watched the whole entire time. We were judged for having a good time in between family. Nothing was broken or damaged and they decided to keep more than what was needed to clean the home with. There was something said about a housekeeper, we didn’t receive any of that. We cleaned everything ourselves expect for mopping floors. We also noticed cameras around the house which werent mentioned in the posting, we asked the homeowners about it and they assured us it was facing a wall to then receive a message saying she saw us the whole time and that theres actual pictures, which im sure is illegal and scary for a group of just women renting. This is a trip we all paid for and were controlled the whole time. The whole house had vast windows and sheer curtains but they complained about what we were doing inside. If you’re younger than 65 years old, this house isnt for you. Should be for retired residents. In addition, Kim, the owner was very contradictive! She lets us know on the first night that there was a noise complaint, at which time we made sure we were cautious of the noise. On the following day, we asked if it was okay to tan topless at which she told us it was okay (we have records) but to look out to peeping toms next door. We as renters expected to have clarity if there were specific restrictions, such as tanning in the nude, with in the clause of the contract. It was also the owners duty to informs us of any wrongful doing at the time they saw the wrongful action, instead they took pictures that we did not consent to. There were no parties (as the owner already knows because of cameras not disclosed of), we let the owners know prior to booking and paying the renting fee that we were on a celebratory trip and would be mostly indoors due to the pandemic thats currently unfolding. We didn’t blindfold the owner and were very open and honest with our itinerary which was enjoy the home. We are very disappointed that Kim called us “young girls” as we are young professional women who are now going to dispute her misclaims & zero back deposit. Its unfourtunate that our vacation was ruined by horrible hosts who disrespect their tenants.
