The space was perfect for our stay and the rental is even closer to the beach and restaurants than I expected. We would definitely return. Not only was the space just as nice as pictured, Bella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We had an amazing stay and hope to be back.

Absolutely loved our stay. The location is ideal, parking easily accessible, washer and dryer available, short walk to the beach. We will be staying here again!!! Everything you need is in this rental. Host was quick with communication as well!

Honestly, this spot was better in person. I don’t feel like the pictures do it justice. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach and very close to the Pier which is great, but having lived in Hermosa years ago, I was concerned it was going to be loud, but that was not the case. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing little Gem in an amazing location right by the beach and pier. Bella had amazing communication and the rental was equipped with everything you could need. The view of the ocean from the rental was so beautiful. The place was very clean and welcoming. Can’t wait to book our next trip there!

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a central location steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops. The hosts were great, excellent communication and fast response times. We appreciated the permit for the street parking, as this would have been a negative if not for that. Overall, we had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

Bella gave us excellent directions to her rental, picking up house key, and parking information. Her upstairs unit was spotless and, much to our delight, closer to the ocean than indicated by the pictures! The location couldn’t have been better! Bella exceeded are expectations of being so accommodating and communicative!

Peter and KahBo were definitely some of my favorite guests! They were incredibly kind, respectful, and left the place absolutely spotless. It’s not often that I get to meet guests in person, and I’m so glad I had the chance to meet them—they are truly exceptional individuals. I would welcome them back anytime and sincerely hope they return!

I had high expectations because this place was so close to the beach and had great views. It was attractively renovated. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the lack of air-conditioning. It was not too hot while we were there, so we opened the windows, even tho’ not all windows had screens. The window sills and screens were extremely dirty. The worst part was that, given the proximity to the beach and the open windows, we heard all the late night sounds, from partiers going home, trash pick up, and all night parties behind the house. Saturday night/Sunday morning until 3 AM was definitely the worst, but most nights are sleep was interrupted more than once.On a smaller note, but something other renters might want to know – there’s no closet or place to hang clothes. We had a six nights stay and were surprised that there was no place to hang closed just to shake out wrinkles.Given other reviews, I was also disappointed with communication from the host. She promptly responded to inquiries, but offered very little information or assistance ahead of time. For example, it would’ve been nice to know about the parking situation before we arrived late at night. We parked in a paid lot nearby because she had not provided any information about parking or the pass that was provided. Although it was advertised that a washer and dryer was included in the rental. we had to ask where it was located and how to access it. Sadly, our vacation was not as relaxing as we had anticipated.

The location was perfect and the property was very clean. A suggestion though, It would’ve been nice to have screens in all of the windows, particularly the bedroom window. It was quite warm this weekend and with no AC a cross breeze would have helped sleeping be a bit more comfortable. Communications were a bit slow with the host, specifically when we arrived. There was no parking pass (free parking) to be found. She did apologize as she was traveling at the time and once she got our message her husband was able to remedy the situation which we did appreciate.

This is a wonderful place practically right on the beach . The location cannot be beat. The host is responsive and friendly and I was so impressed with the updated decor and the accommodations. You can’t go wrong renting this apartment.!
