Inside, you'll find thoughtfully curated décor, comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.
Your home away from home in the heart of Sacramento's Mansion Flats neighborhood. This spacious top-floor duplex has a touch of modern style and vintage charm - perfect for relaxing, working or exploring the capitol city.
Inside you'll find two comfy bedrooms and plenty of thoughtful touches to help you settle right in. The full kitchen is ready for anything, whether your cooking a big dinner or just making snacks, and the dining room seats six for easy meals or game nights.
Kick back in the bright parlor, where floor-to-ceiling velvet drapes frame tall windows. It's a great spot to cozy up with a book, play board games, catch up with friends, or watch you favorite shows on TV.
If you love coffee or tea, you are covered - there's a single-serve Keurig, a tea kettle, a French press and a 12-cup drip coffee maker, plus Brita-filtered water.
Whether you're here to explore downtown, attend meetings or just relax, this bright and comfortable flat is the perfect home base for your stay.
Guests have full private access to the entire top floor of the duplex, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and parlor. You'll also have your own private entrance and stairway.
Parking is easy street parking. No parking Wednesday mornings in front of the property due to City trash service access.
