As host Tom was great and give five stars. Accommodations: The room the view the location all a five. The bed was not very comfortable. Tom provided a new mattress prior to our stay and when I informed him of the issue we were experiencing he told me he would address for next guest. Given it was holiday time period I understand.

Host was communicative and helpful during every part of our stay. He has a lovely condo on the southern part of Fort Myers Beach. Great location allowed for walks on the beach and watching amazing sunsets. The condo was equipped with a well stocked kitchen allowing for home made meals. Many little things (e.g. dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent) were provided so you did not have to buy everything for our stay. A fan and binoculars were also provided that proved very useful. Comfortable furniture and well designed layout of condo also contributed to the special stay.

Very nice and well equipped unit

We enjoyed our vacation at Estero Beach and Tennis Club!They are working hard to rebuild the beach, the pool is lovely and we had everything we needed to cook in our unit.

Back to Fort Myers Beach

Was a little disappointed that there was no spa which we took as a hot tub. Also, the door to the unit needs attention. The lock needs to be fixed. If you do not check to ensure it locks on your way out, then you risk it remaining unlocked.

Very relaxing vacation, great property

Another great stay at estero beach and tennis, love the views, the property is well kept, buildings are solid and well maintained, neighborhood is rebounding slowly, but beach is perfect as always. The area is still rebuilding from storm damage, but very resiliently rebounding, plenty to do nearby. Glad to return, and will be back soon.

Excellent location

Excellent location and Wonderfull view. The condo is perfect for a short stay however we had to deal with bed bugs every nights. The description mention gym and spa are available which is not the case. Swimming pool is big and very clean. Great stay otherwise.

We were grateful and overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness evident in the provisioning of this condo. Every detail had been anticipated and provided. We were looking for someplace restful and we found a haven of rest at this beach-side Fort Myers Beach location. We would encourage anyone to consider this rental in your vacation plans!

Perfect staycation

I’m a Floridian, but wanted a nice, quiet beachfront condo to recharge and relax. This unit was excellent and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was responsive and everything was easy with check in and out. Hopefully the beach space will be restored soon and the construction finished from hurricane Ian, but it’s all in motion and the property is well maintained considering how hard this area was hit. Would 100% recommend if you want a quiet, well decorated space with an absolutely beautiful view.

Quiet and comfortable

Very nice and quiet location. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Stayed in building B in 2022. Just before Ian hit. Things are coming slowly coming back. Was excellent having the 7/11 so close.

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay. The condo did not disappoint. It was spacious for a studio. The view from the balcony was just as described. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use on the beach and a cooler.

Perfect Location

This is the nice condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. It is well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Joan is a pleasure to work with. The view of the gulf can't be beat.

Beautiful Gulf Views

We had a wonderful stay. Condo very clean, well equipped. Love the view of the Gulf. Sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins play. Wonderful getaway. Will come back. Host was excellent. Answered all questions. Very nice to work with.
