Este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se ubica en el 5to piso, lo que le brinda una hermosa vista de la playa, perfecto para crear recuerdos de los que todos estarán hablando durante años.
Situado en la playa con una vista increíble del Golfo de México desde su balcón privado en Seagull 502 ofrece el condominio relajante perfecto para su familia. El acceso a la playa es uno de los mejores puntos de acceso a la playa en todo South Padre. El acceso a la playa tiene un gran puente de madera para facilitar el acceso a la arena.

This was the perfect stay for us! Right on the beach, super clean, spacious, close to everything and truly direct beach access! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with! The WiFi worked well, shower pressure was good, there’s a washer and dryer that seemed new, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, etc etc. The balcony was big, opened to the living room and main bedroom and a perfect view of the beach! Watching g the sunrise from the patio with a cup of coffee was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Amazing ocean views from the balcony, quiet neighbors, warm pool/hot tub, and close walking distance to multiple restaurants. Cons: The furniture (master bed and couch) was not very comfortable and there were no beach chairs/towels.Overall, despite the uncomfortable furniture, we would stay here again!

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The sliding doors did not lock. I would like to stay there again, but I will only do so if the doors lock. The TV was not letting us go to other channels and we had to call for help. Apparently the cable box was not working with the TV so we had to use the TV app which meant using Wi-Fi. Signal was spotty and at one point TV went dark for about 20 minutes and then came back on. It would be helpful to have directions on how to navigate the TV. The technician showed us how to get to the cable guide. We could have done it ourselves if we had directions.Towel exchange happens off site at Padre Island Rentals. The towels in the unit were nice and clean. Some of the towels I got when I exchanged were stained and dingy and I had to ask them to replace them. Also, they don't open until 10. We did very much enjoy our stay.

This was the third time down to South Padre and our stay here at this condo was perfect!! The views of the ocean are so beautiful and we spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Everything was very clean and welcoming and yes we would stay here again. Thanks again for sharing your place with us, we loved it!!

This is our third year in a row to stay at this property, and once again, it didn’t disappoint!From, an absolutely perfect location, to a beautifully decorated and functional unit, it checks all the boxes! If you appreciate comphy beds, is the unit for you!No need to buy or bring beach chairs, you are on the beach while sitting on the balcony.

Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay so much. The beach is very close and the sunrise view was spectacular. We loved this condo and might consider staying again here if we goto SPI.

Beautiful place!!

Views were amazing, the place was clean and had everything you might need for a wonderful stay. Beach access was so close and over all it was really quiet at night. Will definitely be staying again.

Quick Labor Day Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was spacious, clean and true to advertisement. We come to SPI every year and will definitely make this a repeat stay location.
